Adjs have 3 degrees of comparison:
Positive: Big, Good, Interesting
Comparative: Bigger, better, more interesting
Superlative: Biggest, best, most interesting
*Positive
Positive forms are used to compare two people, places, things or action which are similar in some aspect.
Forms
õ?Ưõ?Ư..As +Adj +Asõ?Ưõ?Ưõ?Ư.
Ex: He is as tall as my brother.
*Comparative
Comparative forms are used to compare two people, places, things or action which are not similar.
Form

Ex: Taking the train is faster but more expensive than driving to Sydney.
*Superlative
Superlative forms are used to compare three or more people, places, or things

Spelling tips
_If an adj ends in a final õ?oyõ? and proceeded by a consonant, the õ?oyõ? changes to an õ?oiõ? before õ?"er or õ?"est
_If an adj ends with an õ?oeõ? the final õ?oeõ? is dropped before õ?"er or õ?"est
_If an adj ends in a single consonant and is preceded by a single vowel, the consonant is doubled

The graphs below show the number of commencing and total students from local and oversea who was enrolled into Australian universities over ten years period. In comparison the number of Local students is nearly 8 times more than oversea students. However, the number of oversea students increased more dramatically than the number of local students did. From 1989 to 1999, the number of over sea students increased 4 times in comparison with a haft time increase of local students. Besides that, the number of oversea students who commenced each year also increased dramatically from about ten thousand in 1989 to more than forty thousand in 1999. In this aspect, the number of local students who commenced each year fluctuated around two hundred thousand. In conclusion, although the number of over sea students is increased surprisingly, the number of local students is still much more than this number.

Weak=&gt; weaker

+ some are irregular :
Bad =&gt; worse
Good=&gt; better
Fast =&gt; futher
Many =&gt; more
+Superlative forms :
The superlative form , the õ?omostõ? form or õ?o-estõ? form , is used with the word õ?othe õ?o:
Good=&gt; best (the best)
Bad =&gt; worst (the worst)
Many =&gt; most (the most )
Big=&gt; biggest ( the biggest )õ?Ư.
+ When comparing two things , is they are the sam , we can use : õ?oasõ?Ưasõ?
Eg: Tom is as tall as his brother .
+ When saying one thing is more than the other , we use the comparative form . We usually use the word õ?othanõ? when comparing .
!!!Notice that we usually use more and most with adjectives that have more than two syllables .

õ? Prepositions of time : at , in , on
- At is used for times .(eg: at 7 oõ?Tclock )
- On is used for days and dates .
- In is for periods of time , and for months , years and seasons .
õ? percent is always used with a number ( signed :% )
õ? Percentage is a noun . It means the portion or a mount of something .

In the old days, it was very hard to have a motorbike, few could afford that. But today, life standard rises along with people?Ts income making the wish of having a motorbike come true, one person even got 2 or more motorbikes. Now the road is full of motorbikes. The amount of motorbikes of our city is overtaking its own capacity. It causes a lot of troubles such as: traffic congestions, accidents, pollution??. Just go out in the rush hours and you will be in a chaotic scene of the crowded road with motorbikes and motorbikes. Going out at night is not a good ideas though, young dudes play around with their bikes. They like riding fast, racing or just showing off which is very dangerous for themselves as well as the others. Reducing the amount of motorbikes is becoming more and more critical problem today. Well, they can reduce it by many ways but i think there is some good solutions for this problem. First, we can develop the public transports sector and along with that we must upgrade our traffic system. The more people using public transports the less bikes we?Tve got. Upgrading our traffics system will makes vehicles (including bus) move easier so people on a public transports don?Tt have to spend a whole day to get to works. Second, we can educate people, try to let them know how worse it would get if we?Tve got more bikes and we try to drive them to use public transports. Just some ideas of mine! ^_^!
