    Children of Lê Chiêu Thống

Vietnamese proverbs has a saying: "Hổ phụ sanh Hổ Tử"--meaning "like father like son".

Sadly, this could also be understood as: "..." phụ sanh "..." tử.

Chắc các bạn ai cũng biết "vua" Lê Chiêu Thống. For those younger people who haven''t heard or can''t recall who this guy (emperor Le Chieu Thong) is:

Lê Chiêu Thống is the last emperor of the Le dynasty in the 18th century. His kingdom was nearing the end of its reign--in name only, all real power were divided between the two lords: Trinh & Nguyen.

For most of her history, the Vietnamese rulers sometimes recognized the Chinese Emperor as their feudal lord, while ruling independently in their own land. This had been the case throughout the reign of the Posterior Le Dynasty. This changed however when the brothers of Tay Son, leading a national uprising, defeated the feuding Trinh and Nguyen lords and overthrew the last Le ruler, Emperor Le Chieu Thong.

But this "stupid" guy still didn''t get it. He got "mad" after Quang Trung The Great unified our country, defeating both the Trinh & the Nguyen, who had splitted Vietnam in halves (North vs South) and drove the people of two sides (through brute force or sheer propaganda) to fight one another (to benefit only those scumbags and their cronies) for centuries on.

Emperor Le Chieu Thong fled to China and appealed to Emperor Qianlong for help. In 1788 a large Qing army was sent south to restore Le Chieu Thong to the throne. They succeeded in taking Thang Long (Hanoi) and putting Emperor Chieu Thong back in his place, but even many of his supporters were angered by their subservient position. Chieu Thong was treated as a vassal king by Qianlong and all edicts had to be authorized by the Qing before becoming official. In any event, the situation did not last long as the Tay Son leader, Nguyen Hue, launched a surprise attack against the Qing forces while they were celebrating the Têt festival amorously of the year 1789. The Chinese were unprepared but fought for five days before being defeated. Chieu Thong fled back to China as Nguyen Hue was proclaimed Emperor Quang Trung. The Chinese forces went home in shame but the new Vietnamese ruler agreed to also recognize Emperor Qianlong as his nominal superior.

This so called "king"/emperor invited the Qing over, rather be a puppet, a king in name only, handing over his motherland to foreigners, "proudly" taking orders from foreign army as a servant as long as he "thinks" he is still the king of "An Nam".

This knuckle head was happy to be a Chinese dog, surrendering the country and its people to China, as long as they appointed him the top dog of his country.

This "..." coward good-for-nothing a hole is delusional, selfish and stupid.

He brought shame to his ancestors and the proud people of Vietnam.

Thousands of years from now, history will still think of/write about him as such.

Hậu duệ Lê Chiêu Thống (his "protegé") doesn''t have to be his blood/real descedants.
The next one comes to my mind is the "..." king Gia Long. This "..." scoundrel is actually a descendant of the Nguyen lords. His real name is Nguyễn Ánh.

    "..." bastard!!!

Hậu duệ LCT, "..." scoundrels HCK and his cronies were very proud of themselves.
They might have thought they were legit, because they were "blessed" by their puppet kings and their masters (the Qing and the French).
They boasted that they were "well-educated" (by their masters).
They jeered their fellow countrymen, the "insurgents", who refused to cooperate with the invaders who occupied our homeland, their masters.
They bragged about how well they ate and how nice they dressed.
It''s true. Comparing to Phan Đình Phùng, Hoàng Hoa Thám or Nguyễn Thái Học (and all other unknown heroes at the time), the dogs wore shoes, ate cheese (or soy sauce), and stayed in big "mansions"; whereas our nationalists running bare feet through jungle, eating whatever they can s****nged off the land while struggling to fight off foreigners.
The dogs were fat and "pale" (a sign of great wealth); our heroes were skinny and dark.
"..." bastards thought they were civilized and "beautiful"; they often make fun of our heroes as uncivilzed (barbaric) and undesirable (ugly, homeless)...
To me, dogs will always be dogs; heroes will always be heroes.
Regardless how good the masters fed their dogs; how nice the masters dressed their pets.

So, you think the "..." offspring of HCK is shameful?
Those are the people who value their wellbeing over their community and country.
They''ll do anything, sell out their own parents, stepping on their brothers to climb up the ladder.
They''ll burn down the village to keep them warm, if that save them a few bucks buying logs.
They''ll surely kill without hesitation to advance their "career".
They are a "..." bunch of shameless bastards.
    What''s worse than that?
    Their children.
    "..." phụ sanh "..." tử.

So, what can be worse than those "..." bastards offspring of HCK you ask?
These are the contemporary children of those bastards.
    - The first group carries all the original traits of their ancestors.
    - The second group has the traits listed in the Ộ syndromes.
    - The third group is a "special" breed:

    They live among ourselves.
They might be very well educated.
They might be very well off, financially.
They might be very "stable", socially.
They might be very well known, respected among their peer.
Then how could they be deemed shameful "...", these "..."?

Comparing to their counterpart, the Ộ, I''ll call them the NCRM for now.
Here''s the No CỈm Rửng Mỡ Syndrome:
    - They are extremely foul-mouthed.
    - They have no respect for the deads.
    - They have no respect for the poors.
    - They have no respect for the weaks.
    - They have no respect for the underprivileged.
    - They have no respect for their elders.
    - They have no respect for their heroes.
    - They have no respect for their community.
    - They have no respect for their country.
    - They have no respect for Vietnamese history.
    - They have no sense of decency or morality.
    - Their ultimate thrill, pastime sport, is to seek high/rush on the Internet.

Why would I classify those misguided pranksters as ".." bastards, sons of HCK?
Because their actions yield the same result as that of HCK.

Những "..." SV No Cơm Rửng Mỡ này hành xử như vậy vì "..." ít hiểu biết lịch sử, thiếu giáo dục, và không có tính người.
These Spoiled Brats SH conduct themselves as such because they are uneducated in both history and civility. Due to here***y, they also lack the compassion for humanity.

Who are these "..." SOBAH bastards, you might ask.
    - They can''t be too old. Because old people care too much to make fun of history.
    - They can''t be kids. Because kids have better games to play than political bashing.
    - They can''t be poor. Because poor people can''t afford to play pranksters online as a pastime sport.
    - They can''t be working. Working people are too busy to play pranksters online as a pastime sport.
    - They can''t be parents. Because parents have too many real responsibilities to worry about.
    - They may not live in civilzed societies. Most children grew up in civilized world respect their people & their history.
    - They can''t be serious students. Because students take history classes and civic lessons in schools.
