Mình đang tìm một thư viện Tiếng Anh ở Hà Nội để thỉnh thoảng lên học mọi người có biết những chỗ nào không. Liệt kê một vài nơi tham khảo cái cả giá đăng kí nữa nhé.

BC is best information center in HN where ton of English materials for etheir study, or entertainment are available. The membership fee is quite reasonable( about 120k to 210k annual depends on what kind of member), and the officers are nice enough to please you. Sometimes, there are some interesting activities which I find them very useful and informative. Dats why I strongly recommend BC to those wish to improve E and relax as well. Lolzz

It depends on what kind of English you want to study.
BC is for B.English and IIE (2 Ngo Quyen) is for A.English. I have never visited BC but have heard a lot about it, esp its facilities.
IIE is a good place, too. It was my home last summer. Lots of books (for standardized tests as well as for applications to US schools) The opening hour is limited from 8.30 a.m to 4 p.m Monday - Friday, but it''s FREE.
