[FONT=&quot]Since 1998, Unilever Vietnam’s Management Trainee Program aims to develop potential fresh graduates into our future leaders, helping us make our mission of “Make Vietnamese lives better” become a reality. From 2010 onwards, the program has been named as Unilever Future Leaders Program.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]This year, Unilever Vietnam offers about 30 -40 Management Trainee vacancies for fresh graduates in the following functions: Marketing, Customer Development, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance / Accounting and Human Resources.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]BENEFITS OF THE PROGRAM[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]1. [/FONT] [FONT=&quot]Special learning program on both general skills & professional skills[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Selected Management Trainees will have a special 36 month development plan, including two weeks of orientation. They will have functional rotations, workshops and project assignments to develop both general skills and professional skills.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]2. [/FONT] [FONT=&quot]Accelerated leadership development program to become Unilever leaders [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Management Trainees will have a journey of three years to become a Unilever manager with various leadership workshops as well as coaching sessions by their line managers, mentors and Board Members. Also, they will have special Leadership Forums to nurture their leadership potential. After becoming a manager, they will join another special two year program to accelerate their leadership capabilities.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]3. [/FONT] [FONT=&quot]International exposure opportunities and working on regional/global projects. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Management trainee will be assigned in local, regional or global projects to build up their experience. Moreover, they will have a 6-12 month international exposure assignment to work in Asian countries or other countries around the world. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]4. [/FONT] [FONT=&quot]Participation in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Corporate Social Responsibility projects are another part of Unilever Management Trainee’s exciments when they work in Unilever. They will bring happiness to open house children or other underpriviledged children via organising special events for the children (ie. Full Moon Party, Summer Camp, etc.) [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]5. [/FONT] [FONT=&quot]Work in a professional working environment with challenges for self development, high team spirits, high winning spirits and lots of fun.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]Working in Unilever creates chances for Management Trainee to exposure their potential to the fullest. With support from their team members, they will be exposed to various challenging & exciting projects. Also, they have opportunities to enjoy team building activities.[/FONT]

• [FONT=&quot]Vietnamese nationality [/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]University fresh graduates or post-graduates (both in Vietnam or overseas) of the academic year 2010, 2011 or early 2012. [/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Background in Economics, Commerce, Logistics, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Technical are preferable. However, talents from other disciplines who have a passion to join Unilever are all welcomed. [/FONT]

• [FONT=&quot]English fluency and computer literacy [/FONT]
