As informed last Sunday, BE CLUB is going to have a picnic on 9th August 2009 to cerebrate its 2nd birthday.
After several internal meetings and discussion with all audiences, we decided that:
1, Avenue: Ao Vua
2, Time: 9th August (1 day)
3, Vehicle: 45-seat car
4, Fee: 130k each for student and 150k each for staff

All detailed information about this Picnic will be posted soon on this Forum. All comments are highly appreciated to have a satisfactory and exciting Picnic.
Games, songs, musics and other contents for the pinics will be also done during the Picnic. If you want to contribute any games/ songs/ dramas..., please contact Mr. Tuan Anh for further infor: 0976311839.
Logistics team will be led by Ms. Hapro. Ha should contact Mr. storm for list of members who participate in logistics.

No way, I''ve just come back HN from my hometown, so I missed the last Sunday class and the evening karaoke party. I also haven''t registered in the trip to celebrate 2 year-birthday of BE yet. Is''nt it to late for me to take part in the trip? May I register in the trip next Sunday?

1. A collection of "xuyên tạc" songs to sing on the way. Give your suggestion here. We will print the selected ones.
2. Songs/Poems/Ideas of Video clips "of BE, by Be and for BE": Feel free to post them here. We will perform them and make some recordings at Ao Vua.
3. Games: Anyone wanna join the Team of Game Organisers, pls contact me via Y!M nick: tuananhbsdk. You will be "MC" for the game you suggest.

Should we invite friends from other ECs to join the picnic? It''s the second anniversary of BE''s birth but other ECs may not know about this special day.

Yeah, we can invite others ECs to join the picnic. Mr. Thanh, could you please inform other ECs about this special day. I also change the title of 9th floor to attach more.
To make the picnic interesting, we recommend our beloved members invite their partners, friends... to come and join with us. The picnic is open to all, regardless of the old, the young, male or female...
