Wow, I wanna learn more about Presentation skills and By the way, all the topics in December is really useful and interesting

Steps
1. Do your research and prepare your presentation well in advance.
2. Reading from a script is not a good idea. Know your material and get comfortable with using different words and approaches to communicate your idea.
3. Speak out in front of a mirror. Get used to the ideas, the words and pronunciation.
4. When it is time to present, get up and smile.
5. Begin your presentation and keep eye contact with the entire room.
6. Do not stick to a script. Be natural and at ease while presenting.
7. Keep your voice flexible. modulate your voice to emphasize major points and most importantly, avoid monotony.
8. Summarize what you have said (no more than one minute) to help end your presentation.

* The first slot helps avoid waiting and anticipation, but the last slot gives you more time to work.
* No one enjoys a dull face. So cheer up and present with enthusiasm!
* Maintain eye contact with people around the room and your teacher. However, do not focus your attention at one person, especially not your teacher.
* If you are doing a power-point presentation, avoid reading off the screen. Instead, use note cards, and the information on the screen should only summarize what you are saying.
* Avoid the urge to correct your self in the middle of a sentence. We all make mistakes!
* The idea of a presentation is to convey a message, not to impress people or appear very intelligent. So, maintain your focus on delivering good information. This tip is good for a classroom.

* Do not get into arguments with the audience. You can always say you will check and get back to them.

Mình cũng thấy hội BE này hay nhưng ko dám tham gia vì tiếng Anh của mình yếu lắm
Nhưng chả là mình đang muốn gửi 1 chủ đề mới mà diễn đàn quy định phải có tối thiểu 1 bài viết.
Xem ra quy định này cũng không hay lắm, nó gây ra spam và những bài viết hồ đồ như bài này của mình.

It seems that we all have got a certain period of practice with both successful and fruitless experiences in presentaion. Sitting at a table and sharing them all are not as good-for-nothing as Mr Dang says, I think. Anyway, I totally agree with him that they are all same old stories. But who dares say they are out of date?
