As determined before, in order to give more chances for participants to speak we will have SMALL groups of 4-6 persons. If there are 36 for example, we will have 6-9 groups.
You may get worried that some groups will have no chance to present. Exactly! There will be about 4 PERSONS making presentations no matter how many groups there are. Others can give comments or questions.
Do or Die! No Complaint is accepted!

The biggest problem is that with only more than 2 hours, we can not have enough time for all to present or speak out and the chance, as a result, will be given to those who are self-confident.
I am thinking about 1 method that we can integrate into our tra***ional methods. Of course, this method can not be applied all time because it takes time but 1 time per month is okie. With one topic, all participants will be divided into 4-6 groups depending on the number of participants. Each group will discuss one aspect of the topic and after discussion, each will make presentation. Please not that ALL members in the group have to stand in front of the audiences and make presentation. Do it in turn. It does not matter that who will talk much, who talk little. The objectives of the model are to encourage all to try, practice speaking skill, presentation skill and now you can see the chance is for all, not few. Of course, as I said before, the method always takes time, and time for discussion and time for presentation will be shorter as a result. With this method, roles of MCs in controlling time are very important.

@ Cheetah: I am always keeping an eye on the things you are doing (especially private and sensitive ones). Rite here waiting for your sharing after the journey. What a pity that I am not a jungle Cheetah but a room-corner Cat.

After the meeting this Sunday, we will fix MCs for April. You can solo or invite a Co-MC. Be well prepared. Chances are open to all.

I think all members should think of "sharing spirit" in joining the club anytime.
It does not matter whether who talk less or more but ecouragement for those who havent got confidence enough in presenting in front of many ppl should be well- concerned and controlled by MCs and all participánt.
For me individually, Knowledge is attained through not only sharing, speaking, reading but listening as well in all case!
