How was the meeting yesterday. I really wanted to join but I was not in HN at that time

The meeting yesterday was so successful with presence of more than 20 members. Especially, many new members also came. This show that the meeting also attrachted their attention.
2 hours were not enough to discuss all contents in details, but we already went through all necessary contents with active contribution and close cooperation of all participants. They were willing to give comments, ideals to improve quality of offline meetings and how to develop BE in the future.
1, 3 vice-presidents were selected: Mr. Tien (Storm), Ms. Ha (Hapro) and Ms. Thom.. They are all young members with great contribution during development of BE. Hopefully, young leaders will bring BE new things.
2, 3 Departments: PR Department, Content Department and Entertainment Department were re-structured and re-organized with many new faces. The old leaders of the three Departments will stay the same, including Mr. Viet (PR), Mr. Tuan Anh (Content) and Mr Phong (Entertainment). The three Departments will have more meetings to discuss how to coordinate the works and to have close cooperation.
3, Debate â?" Sharing lesson learned with many ideals from participants. We highly appreciate those ideals and take them into consideration during our implementation of debate model.
4, Cerebration of 2nd birthday for BE. It is agreed that a picnic will be conducted to cerebrate 2nd birthday of BE. Time and avenue will be announced later.
5, Ms. May and Mr. Tuan Anh â?" 2 key and valuable members â?" will go abroad for study this year. BE would like to organize a party, just to say thanks for their great contribution in the past time. Time and avenue will also be announced later.
The meeting ended at 10: 30 p.m with all being happy with results achieved.
