The impact of climate change on poor people?Ts lives in Vietnam is a growing concern in CARE in Vietnam. CARE in Vietnam is seeking to fill the following positions: Climate Change Coordinator
Major responsibilities: A dynamic and self-motivated senior team member who will communicate and coordinate climate change issues with a wide range of national and international stakeholders. The Climate Change Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Developing awareness, capacity and technical expertise to mainstream climate change responses,

Hàng rong loại này lại rất đông, rõ ràng không tạo nên phong vị nên thơ mà còn làm mất mỹ quan, làm nhếch nhác thêm đường phố HN.
Như vậy, vấn đề là những mặt hàng nào thành phố cần quy định đưa vào chợ bán, những mặt hàng nào được phép bán rong, thâm chí những mặt hàng như hàng hoa, hàng cốm...không gây mất vệ sinh đường phố,
có thể còn khuyến khích người bán hàng ăn mặc như người HN cổ xưa, với áo dài tứ thân ( đôi khi tôi vẫn gặp trên đường) và rất thích thú ngắm nhìn họ, hẳn sẽ tạo nên nét đẹp riêng và rất hấp dẫ
Tôi thấy vấn đề cấp bách hiện nay là cấm mọi hình thức lấn chiếm vỉa hè, lòng đường chứ không phải cấm hàng rong.
Nếu cấm hàng rong, Chính phủ có thể dự đoán được bao nhiêu đứa trẻ không được học hành đến nơi đến chốn, bao nhiêu học sinh đỗ đại học mà không đủ khả năng theo học. Rồi sự phân hóa giàu nghèo trong xã hội Việt Nam sẽ như thế nào?
Rất buồn khi nhiều vấn đề quản lý đưa ra giải pháp "CẤM". Trình độ quản lý bất cập của các cấp làm khó khăn thêm cho cuộc sống của người dân nghèo. Trong khi đó các đại gia giàu có cứ ngày càng giàu nhưng không có ai điều tiết.
Đường phố Hà Nội hầu hết đều rất hẹp và đông. Nếu các hàng rong chiếm hết vỉa hè thì còn đâu chỗ cho người đi bộ, cho các phương tiện giao thông khác? Đó là chưa kể đến việc xả rác bừa bãi trên đường, vì phần lớn những người này có ý thức rất kém. Theo tôi việc cấm cần làm ngay và làm triệt để.
Trước thông tin cấm hàng rong, đó đây đã có hiện tượng thay cho gánh, đội hàng đi bán rong, người dân cầm hai cái làn như đi chợ, nhưng thực ra vẫn là bán hàng rong,
chiến dịch này nhằm trả lại lòng lề đường cho khách bộ hành, và cải thiện bộ mặt thành phố, và như vậy sẽ tạo cho du khách cảm thấy thoải mái hơn khi đến thăm thủ đô Hà Nội.
nhiều cư dân cũng chọn mua các loại hàng bán rong và dịch vụ trên đường phố vì chúng có giá rẻ nhất, hợp với túi tiền của họ hơn.
