To: Ms Lan Huong: Plz, check our Club''s fund. We will spend a part of the fund establishing an official WEBSITE for BE CLUB. We are now negotiating with an old member of BE CLUB, who are also Director of a web design company to build a WEBSITE for BE CLUB.

To Ms Quynh: Under the schedule, we will organize a workshop by end-June. So, what''s about your plan? When you finish, send me via Email. We will need to take a seat and have more discussion on the ways to organize. Speed up your preparation of the plan, cause we have only 2 weeks left.
