It is true to say that Ms Ha Trang still keeps a BE''s topic bank.In fact, I sent it Mr Vinh and Viet and asked Mr Viet to post it on the forum. Perhaps mr Viet was busy with girls or somethingelse, thus he refused to post it.
These days, the Be''s topic bank is in my hand. However, i admit that almost all of them sound theory. They totally need careful conideration. I myself want all of them available to MCs or those interested in it.

I have an idea for the topic bank. We made it on Google documents, creating an account, password is shared among Content Dep. only. Every Content mem can update new topic there, we can even made a new topic with BE layout then publish to a webpage that everyone can access. Let''s see the example I made from our topic last week.
