Hi, Mr Viet. Thanks for your response. Below is my recommendation for your writing.
To be appeared: This phrase is not clear to me. Can you make it simple or use another phrase ?
"Declare" can be replaced with "annoucement".
Lever is different to "level".
We should be appeared ------> We should apprear.
My recommendation is for your reference only cause we have different ways to express our ideas in English.

I am so impressed with your detailed Format, hoping this will give good guidance to BE Club''s members.
This type of Format should be maintained in the future.

Mr Storm: many new members can''t create a nick in this forum although they have gmail.So can you help them to do that.For exemple: miss Hằng,mr Dũng,miss Thu,mr Linh,mr Hùng......
