INTERN for HIV and Youth Health Team

õ? Perform basic secretarial duties including, making appointments for interviews, setting up logistics for travel, organizing meetings, as well as typing, scanning, copying and printing documents.
õ? Translate documents from Vietnamese to English and from English to Vietnamese as required.
õ? Assist with interpretation from Vietnamese to English in meetings.
õ? Take notes at workshops and trainings and document activities when needed
õ? Help program staff to prepare payment requests, expense claims and request for fund transfer to partners, seek necessary signatures and submit to the appropriate person according to office procedures.
