Goodmorning every body.Have a very beautiful day and a very very active week.I have read Storm ''s report and I wait from Hang ''s one.
This week we have intention to organize a shared experience meeting of group leaders on Wednesday evening.How to organize your group,how to encourage new members to speak,how to inhibit the talkative person and how to lead the discussion group in the right way are leaders'' important skills .Mr Tuan Anh will talk about it soon.
Another important issue we should discuss about is 20 points of practising to be an MC.
Mr Vinh, We have a problem with late arrival of many members.Yesterday,there were only 15 people at 8h30,so that we could''nt devide in to 2 rooms and we must organize the warm up part in one room.Untill 8h50 ,we had 40 members.I would like to give out a petition that :'''' should we set up an earlier starting time at 8h?"That ensure that every members are present at 8h30.After 8h20,there will be one person standing at the doorstep with our yellow porc ,and asking late members pay a fine( 2000d_ 5000d).8h30 is the dead line,the fine will be raised.You should think about the question" 8h50 and 8h30,what is better?''''If we give out the starting time 8h,new members will read it in the forum and they will come early.Some old members will also come soon including MCs,reporters.They can make friends.You don''t worry that they will feel boring because they will realize that the early time is the most interesting time to know more about some key members of our club and exchange phone numbers.Moreover ,on the early time ,we take a lot of photos and joke together a lot.It ''s really an good time for me.
