My proposal about MCsõ?T 20 points
All of you can give your ideas and it will be changed if it is not suitable.

Before the offline meeting:
1.Choose the topic at the begginning of every month and post the topic sõ?T name on the forum.If most of members donõ?Tt like the topic,MCs should change it.

2.It sõ?T very interresting if 4 MCs have an offline conference to discuss together after the previous offline meeting to prepare for the following Sunday.You should share the work into 4 parts to 4 MCs: post the topic reform,post vocabulary , post references ,prepare for warm up part.

3.Every work must be finished before 10h on Wednesday evening .

4.Arrive early at 7h30 to discuss more , to welcome new members and to arrange tables

5. Prepare everythings at home to pay more attention to do the point 4( discuss more, welcome new members, arrange tables)

6.Start the meeting on time although there are little of members

During the offline meeting
7. Warm up activities should be the shortest and hotest part ,this part should be easy for every members to take part in to the game (15-20õ?T )
8. Discussion
_ choose 4,5 old members to be 4,5 leaders , fix them and gather them before divide members into groups,talk to them about their missions: choose secretary,encourage silent members,make others feel excited to the topic
_ go around , help silent groups,remind leaders to pay attention to silent members
9.Debate:
_ Make clear about the rules first:raise the hand to have the right to speak, shouldõ?Tnt speak too much,share the ideas to the neibouring person and encourage them to speak
_ Shouldõ?Tnt speak too much
_ Sometimes try to make members laugh by giving a short funny comment or idea ( 1,2 sentences)
_ Have the right to stop anyone in a soft way( thank you,I agree with you and I would like to invite Miss Aõ?Ư.to give her ideas about your given issues; Your idea is very interesting; you are so funnyõ?Ưõ?Ư.)
_ At the early time of debate,let some strong voices to speak freely , they will make the atmosphere hotter.At the middle time, invite silent people and talkative people alternately.At the end of debate,invite one interesting and humorous person to give out a hot ending.
_Sometimes point a silent person and symplify the last ideas in 1 or 2 sentences to make him understand his opponent õ?~s ideas of and encourage him by one simple question ( Mr Tuan Anh said boys are better in flirting than girls ,Do you agree?....Do you good at flirting? õ?Ư..Have you ever crushed by a girl? .)
_Shouldõ?Tnt let one person to stand up a lot of times.2 continuous times are acceptable.But listenning to the same person for 3 constant times make others feel boring.
10. At the end of the meeting: _ Give out one new part _Exchanges between two rooms (15õ?T)
_ Every people go around to make friends,share phone numbers.Old and new members understand more .The person who can remember the most of new names ( for old member) or old names ( for new members) will be the winner.
11. MCs should

_Speak loudly,clearly
_Be humorous and often smile
_ Look at to CoMC to avoid speak at the same time as him or her

_ Eyes contact : look at to the audience

_Keep silence for some seconds if everybody make noise while you say and donõ?Tt listen to you .That can make them notice to your voice.

_To be friendly to new members ,talk with them before the starting time, talk about the club and their chances in our club
_Discover talented people and encourage them to sacrifice their life (xa than) to one of our departments
_Remember the name of new members and call their name to point them in the debate part.
