box voice msg trong ym của em bị full rùi có bác nào biết cách save nó ra computer k hu hu. HELP!!!

Setting Voice Message Preferences
Initially, Yahoo! Messenger saves a record, or archive, of every call you make or receive while you are signed into Messenger; it automatically clears the archive when you sign out. During your session, you can open the Voice Messages & Call History window to review your calls and listen to voice messages. When you sign out, Messenger keeps your voice messages but clears all other calling history.
Tip: Messenger saves a record of the call, not a recording of the call. Messenger does save voice messages.
You can change this behavior using the Archive preference.
Here''s How
1. Open the Messenger Preferences window by selecting Preferences from the Messenger menu in your Messenger window or the Conversation menu in your IM window.
The Messenger Preferences window opens.
2. In the Preferences window, select the Archive category.
3. On the right side of the window, select the call history option you want, then click the OK button.

Select a call history option.​

* Yes, save my call history?"Archives all of your calls until you clear them manually.
* Yes, save my call history, but clear it each time I sign out?"Archives all of your calls until you sign out, at which time Messenger deletes the history.
*No, do not save my call history?"Never archives your calls.
4. You can click the View Call History button to view your call history, or click the Clear Call History button to delete your call history.
Tip: Use caution with the Clear Call History button. Once you delete your call history, there is no way to retrieve it.
5. Click the OK button.

bác everman ơi bác nhầm roài`, đây là save history call chứ voice msg thì nó tự động đc save theo nick trên máy chủ yahoo. CHính vì nó save nên box voice msg của e nên lúc nào cũng còn chỉ mỗi tội full thôi . Em chỉ muốn hỏi có cách nào save nó ra còmpúter bớt để em delete bớt thì em mới nhận đc cái mới hichic
