What is the AIM / APMG Graduate Cadetship Program?

õ? The APMG Cadetship program involves employers partnering with APMG / AIM to attract the best university graduates and trains them in best management international practices õ?" fast tracking the candidatesõ?T career within a large international organization.
õ? APMG applies its assessment and screening approach to select the õ?obest of the bestõ? freshly graduated candidates and once you have been successful, get ready for your career to accelerate.
õ? The employers select and offer the cadets full time employment combined with part-time study (2-3 days per month at week-ends)


1. ACCOUNTANTS
OUR FIRST CADETSHIP PROGRAM WILL BE IN FRONTLINE MANAGEMENT AND WE ARE SEEKING PEOPLE WITH THE TOP DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING TO BE TRAINED AS INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONALS.


Required Skills/Experience

õ? University degree in Accounting ;
õ? Excellent written and spoken English;
õ? Ability to communicate at all levels;
õ? High Commercial Aptitude and market awareness;
õ? Enthusiasm to be the best of the best and fast track your career with a large international organization;
õ? Passion for learning and applying knowledge to practical situations;
õ? High standard grades in specified degree only considered for this program (Graduates in Corporate finance, Banking, Investment or au***ing will not be considered for this program).

2. MARKETING
OUR FIRST CADETSHIP PROGRAM WILL BE IN FRONTLINE MANAGEMENT AND WE ARE SEEKING PEOPLE WITH THE TOP DEGREE IN MARKETING TO BE TRAINED AS INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONALS.


Required Skills/Experience

õ? University degree in Marketing or Business Administration with special courses in Marketing ;
õ? Excellent written and spoken English;
õ? Ability to communicate at all levels;
õ? High Commercial Aptitude and market awareness;
õ? Enthusiasm to be the best of the best and fast track your career with a large international organization;
õ? Passion for learning and applying knowledge to practical situations;
õ? High standard grades in specified degree only considered for this program .
NOTE: Male is perferable

3. CHEMICAL ENGINEERING
OUR FIRST CADETSHIP PROGRAM WILL BE IN FRONTLINE MANAGEMENT AND WE ARE SEEKING PEOPLE WITH THE TOP DEGREE IN CHEMICAL ENGINEERING TO BE TRAINED AS INTERNATIONAL PROFESSIONALS.

Required Skills/Experience

õ? University degree in either chemical engineering (Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical and Food Engineering, Machinery and equipment in Chemical Industry);
õ? Excellent written and spoken English;
õ? Ability to communicate at all levels;
õ? High Commercial Aptitude and market awareness;
õ? Enthusiasm to be the best of the best and fast track your career with a large international organization;
õ? Passion for learning and applying knowledge to practical situations;
õ? High standard grades in specified degree only considered for this program.


Salary: Competitive Salary, plus AIM Frontline management training, paid for by sponsoring organization.
