We are looking for 01 helper to assist our Customer Services Team on a part-time basis.



Responsibilities:



ã Inputting customer data into the system

ã Filing documents

ã Supervising placement test process

ã Making phone calls to students or parents where necessary

ã Managing young learnersõ?T report books

ã Helping in producing letters: printing, photocopying

ã Checking attendance of students

ã Doing other ad-hoc tasks as required by Customer Services staff

Requirements:



Good command of English
Good communication skills
20 years old and over
Able to work from Monday to Friday: 13:30-17:30, at least until end of December 2007
