Kỹ thuật viên (Field Specialist/Techician)
Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng về khoa cơ khí, điện, điện tử. Vừa tốt nghiệp hay đã có kinh nghiệm (không quá 27 tuổi). Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh (tối thiểu bằng B). Thông thạo vi tính, có khả năng thích nghi cao. Tính sáng tạo, hoạt động độc lập và quyết đoán. Thư giới thiệu trong ngành dầu khí (bắt buộc) cho ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm. Sẵn sàng làm việc tại Vũng Tàu.

JOB TITLE: QHSE Training Instructor
JOB SCOPE : The Vietnam QHSE Training Instructor is based in Vung Tau. He supports the location QHSE Manager in the implementation and Development of the OFS QHSE Management System (QHSE-MS), focusing on training of all Schlumberger personnel and Contractors in QHSE Common Issues.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? General
- Actively and continuously demonstrate personal example commitment and leadership to the QHSE policies and standards of the Company, and all ideas involved in the implementation of OFS QHSE Management System.
? Training
- Organize and facilitate QHSE induction for all new comers to Vung Tau
- Organize and teach NEST, DDC and SIPP training in both English and Vietnamese as required.
- Manage the day to day running of the QFS minimum QHSE training for both SVS employees and long term contractors
- Maintain complete Training and Certification data base for all regular Third Party Contractors. Ensure that all SVS contractors have been trained adequately and are in compliance with the requirement.
- Maintain track of all training sessions that have been completed, including the list of personnel who attended the various training sessions.
- Liaise with Vietnam QHSE Manager to maintain the QHSE training requirement for the location
- Maintain up to date training material and coordinate updates with the QHSE Manager, organize translation as required.
- Set-up, organize and maintain a new QHSE training room in Vung Tau, including comprehensive library of all training material required
? Journey Management
- To develop and maintain a high level of awareness among all personnel through good communication, training and active personal involvement. Vehicle pre-departure check, defensive driving skill improvement, Trip planning and organization?
- Monitor vali***y for Defensive Driving Training and Commentary Drive for all Schlumberger drivers
- Actively participate to the periodical review of the Location JM Policy and Driving awareness campaigns
? Injury Prevention
- To develop and maintain a high level of awareness among all personnel through good communication, training and active personal involvement, Training workshop preparation, Location STOP / Intervention tour, On the job visits?
- Actively monitor and drive compliance to the SIPP Training as well as the CTC / CTA program of the location.
- Actively participate in coordination with QHSE & LPT?Ts to the periodical review of the Location set-up, PPE policy?
? Forklift / Overhead crane
- Organize training for forklift drivers as required in coordination with the Vung Tau Base base supervisor
- Ensure that training and certification (Schlumberger and Local regulation) are valid for all Forklift drivers in the base.
? Incident investigation
- Actively participate in the investigation of incident and high potential risk related to personnel injuries.
- Monitor and ensure that remedial action plans are closed according to the target dates.
? QHSE-MS
- Ensure that Training requirements for all SVS employees in Vietnam is updated in QUEST.
- Monitor the implementation of SIPP au*** Remedial Work Plan in QUEST and ensure timely and permanent closure of all actions.
- Proactively participate in the update and distribution of the ?oVung Tau New Comers Guideline as appropriate
