The company provides an environment where people can exploit their innovative ideas while taking part in the development of successful wireless audio CE products.



Japan Country Sales Manager (Salary package: Ranging from 1,000,000yen ~1,200,000 yen / month)



The scope of your duties will (amongst others) include:

Đ Setting up the Companyõ?Ts future Japan office

Đ Responsible for the P&L for the Japan market

Đ Envision, identify and talk to major Japan customers to explore and feedback new opportunities for Company

Đ Implement the direct and channel sales strategies within the Japan market assign to you

Đ Achieve and exceed the Business and Revenue Targets through developing and executing sales plans, identifying and managing sales opportunities

Đ Use your existing relationships to immediately grow the Companyõ?Ts current and new client base and therefore revenue stream within the Japan market.

Đ Identify existing Japan accounts where the relationship could be leveraged into Europe and US markets.

Đ Position Company as the leader within the wireless audio market

Đ Engage channel partners if necessary and close distribution agreements while delivering appropriate channel programs and events.



Japan Sales Manager (Salary package: Ranging from 500,000yen ~700,000 yen / month)

The scope of your duties will (amongst others) include:

Đ Implement the direct and channel sales strategies within the Japan market assign to you.

Đ Achieve and exceed the Business and Revenue Targets through developing and executing sales plans, identifying and managing sales opportunities

Đ Use your existing relationships to immediately grow the Companyõ?Ts current and new client base and therefore revenue stream within the Japan market.

Đ Identify existing Japan accounts where the relationship could be leveraged into Europe and US markets.

Đ Position Company as the leader within the wireless audio market.

Requirements:

* The incumbent must be effective bi-lingual in English & Japanese

* Background in electronics engineering is preferred

* Experience in Audio / Visual / Consume electronics industry is highly advantageous

* Must hold similar position and perform roles of similar capacity

* Expected commencement date: January/February 2008
