    I think the sentence "chương trình đào tạo trang web" is meaningless in vietnamese. I suggest we can prepare as follows "chưong trình đào tạo thiết kế trang web " or "chưong trình đào tạo lập trình web " or "chưong trình đào tạo qua web ".
