    Good and bad teacher
One big difference between a successful and unsuccessful teacher is the quality of communication. A successful teacher is sensitive to student?Ts need. If his (her) voice is not loud enough, he (she) had better realize that and raise his (her) voice. If the teacher goes too fast, the students may misunderstand what the teacher wants to convey. But if he (she) goes too slowly, the students may get bored with the lecture. So it is important to the teacher to have a sense to maintain his (her) correspondent speed. Moreover, sensitive teachers must fulfill their students?T need. They must be ready to answer the student?Ts questions and be happy to do that. Teacher is also excited by the course subject. They must make their students like to come to class. They must know how to make their lecture more attractive by using body language, telling funny story, or going to the internet to find more information *****pport their lecture. And it is nice to remember students?T names because all students know teacher?Ts name. In contrast, an unsuccessful teacher seems uninterested in students. He (she) does not care about what they want. Therefore, when students come asking about their problem, the teacher seems to be cold and avoid the questions. Teachers don?Tt even remember the student?Ts names. The answers usually are ?oI don?Tt have timê? or ?oYou can find it by yourself? and ?oSee you later?. As for them, the lectures are their obligation. They come to class just because of the paychecks. And that makes their lecture so bored. Teacher and students are bored with the subject. They should stay home, not go to class.

    Good and bad teacher(S)
One big difference between a successful and (AN) unsuccessful teacher is the (HIS/HER) quality (EFFECTIVE WAY) of communication. A successful teacher is sensitive to (HIS/HER) student??Ts (STUDENTS') need(S). If his (her)(HIS/HER) voice is not loud enough, he (she) (S/HE) had better realize(D) that and raise his (her) (HIS/HER) voice. If the teacher goes too fast, the (HIS/HER) students may misunderstand what the teacher wants to convey. But if he (she) (S/HE) goes too slowly, the students may get bored with the lecture. So it is important to the teacher to have a sense (OK TO OMIT ' to have a sense') to maintain his (her) (HIS/HER) correspondent (OK TO OMIT 'correspondent' & WRONG WORD, SHOULD BE 'CORRESPONDING') speed. Moreover, sensitive teachers must fulfill their students??T need. (WHY DO YOU USE PLURAL 'TEACHERS' HERE?)They must be ready to answer the student??Ts (STUDENTS') questions and be happy to do that. (THE)Teacher is (SHOULD BE) also excited by (ABOUT) the course (OMIT ' COURSE') subject (S/HE TEACHES). They must make their students like (WANT or FEEL LIKE) to come to class. They must know how to make their lecture(S) more attractive (INTERESTING) by using body language, telling funny story (STORIES), or going to the internet (Internet) to find more information *****pport their lecture(S). And it is nice to (THAT THE TEACHER WOULD) remember (THE) students??T names because all students know (THEIR) teacher??Ts name. In contrast, an unsuccessful teacher seems uninterested (NOT TO BE INTERESTED) in (HIS/HER) students. He (she) (S/HE) does not care about what they want (NEED). Therefore, when (THE) students come (?) asking (HAVE QUESTIONS) about their problem(S) (or THE LECTURES), the teacher seems to be cold (INDIFFERENT) and (TO) avoid (ANSWERING) the questions. Teachers (PLURAL AGAIN WHEN SINGLE IS USED IN THE PREVIOUS SENTENCE)don??Tt even remember the student??Ts (STUDENTS') names. (YOU WROTE THAT BEFORE.) The (HIS/HER or THEIR) answers usually are ??oI don??Tt have timê?? or ( A COMMA IS SUFFICIENT INSTEAD OF 'OR') ??oYou can find it by yourself??? and ??oSee you later???. As (OMIT 'AS') for them, the lectures are their obligation(S). They come to class just because of the (THEIR) paychecks.(NOT A GOOD SENTENCE TO START WITH 'AND') And that makes their lecture(S) so bored (BORING). Teacher(S) and students are bored with the subject. They should (ALL) stay home, not go(ING) to class (AT ALL).

What to correct, the syntax or the content?
However, i think the most important aspect of a good lecture is non-verbal communication skill. As research shown non-verbal convey 70% meaning of the message .
I have experienced that lecturer who often give the lecture without eye contact or with bad vocal.
What do u think if a lecturer just look at the note and read it loudly to the whole classs that consist of hundred students??? The other thing is the note has been made readily available to student in prior to the lecture. So what's the point to go *****ch lecture??

Try to avoid using: hiis/her, he/she, one... why not use plural forms? People (teachers in this case) or they or them sound much better.
Sorry I dont really have time to read, but from what I have caught, your essay seems a little awkward because of your using he/she, his/her too many times.
One more recommendation: better use more complex sentences. It is good to keep your sentences short so that they are easy to understand, however, a little longer sentences would add more "sophitication" to the overall quality of your essay.
