Social aids may be granted by the CROUS. Students must fill in the application file through the CROUS website (applications in French only).

Eligible candidates must be :

- Of French or a European Union country nationality. If different origin, the candidate should be either a refugee in France, or living in France for at least 2 years and have his/her parents living in France as well.

International cooperation (Non-EU) students
If you have difficulties in financing your studies at the EHESP, please note that our school is delivering few scholarships to the international cooperation (non-EU) students (accepted candidates only). Scholarships are based on candidate’s social situation, academic curriculum excellence, motivation as well as on EHESP’s international strategy (countries that may have particular agreements with the school).

The number of scholarships is very limited, and their amount can not exceed 1 000€ per month for one academic year (10 months). Besides, EHESP scholarship holders only may also have their tuition fees lowered up to the baseline 237 EUR (official rate fixed by the French Ministry of Higher Education for 2010/2011, to be reviewed for 2011/2012) yearly level.

Please note that EHESP’s scholarship policy has changed starting with 2011-2012 academic year. As the school has only a limited global amount of scholarships to offer, it has been decided that there will be fewer scholarship holders, but with larger monthly amounts. We strongly advise candidates who have difficulties in financing their studies, to apply as well to other grant providers or financers.

Khác với các khoá học mang nặng tính lý thuyết và nghiên cứu, Chương trình Thạc sĩ về Quản lý Nhà nước (MPA) trang bị cho sinh viên những kiến thức và kỹ năng mang tính ứng dụng cao nhằm giải quyết các vấn đề xã hội phức tạp. Sinh viên có cơ hội tiếp cận với môi trường học tập nghiêm túc và sáng tạo, dưới sự hướng dẫn của các giảng viên đầu ngành trong nhiều lĩnh vực như khoa học chính trị, kinh tế, phân tích chính sách, quản lý, luật, quốc tế học và các lĩnh vực hành chính công khác. The Chulabhorn Graduate Institute (CGI) and the ASEAN Foundation (AF) have entered into an agreement to develop highly qualified human resources in the area of science and technology within ASEAN member countries through the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute - ASEAN Foundation Post-Graduate Scholarship Program in Science and Technology.
The CGI is a multidisciplinary post-graduate academic institute established in 2005, under the initiative of Professor Dr. Her Royal Highness Princess Chulabhorn Mahidol. The aim of CGI is to employ the most recent interactive teaching techniques used in leading educational and research institutions to train students in the program to be effective thinkers and leaders in their fields of expertise, to better serve their countries’ needs towards sustainable development. The CGI is presently offering programs leading to a Post-Graduate diploma, a Master’s degree and a Doctoral degree in Applied Biological Sciences: Environmental Health, Environmental Toxicology, and Chemical Biology.
The ASEAN Foundation, an initiative of the Leaders of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), was established on 15 December 1997 to help bring about shared prosperity and a sustainable future for the peoples of all ASEAN countries. It has been mandated to promote greater awareness of ASEAN and greater interaction among its peoples and their increased participation in ASEAN activities as well as to undertake development cooperation activities that enhance mutual assistance, address equitable economic development and reduce poverty.
This year, 5 (five) scholarships are available for ASEAN nationals (except Thai citizen) who are interested to pursue a Master Degree at the CGI. Selection of successful applicants will be based on merit.

candidate will work as a member of the Science Foundation Ireland
funded FAME strategic research cluster (http://www.fame.ie), comprising
TSSG and research groups from Irish universities Trinity College

Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, and IBM. FAME comprises 40 researchers and is
one of the largest group of researchers worldwide addressing challenges
relating to network and service management.

The candidate will investigate the performance of a range of codecs
used in unified communications products in variable network con***ions
with a view towards improving diagnosis and adaptation capabilities.
The work will take place in close collaboration with one of the FAME
industrial partners and the candidate will spend a significant amount
of time working in that partner's laboratories. Ad***ionally, the
candidate will be part of the Telecommunications Graduate Initiative
(http://www.tgi.ie), an all-Ireland graduate school focussing on
Telecommunications, that will provide specialist postgraduate modules

Candidate Profile

The candidate should hold a good (first-class honours preferred) primary
degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a cognate
discipline. He/she should have strong engineering skills including
experience of test-bed deployment/experimentation and programming.
Strong inter-personal and communications skills are also required.


Stipend

The candidate will receive a non-taxable stipend of EUR16,000 per annum
for a period of 2 years. Tuition fees will be paid separately. The

The Program

Launched in 2001, the Justice Initiative Fellows Program is a joint program of the Open Society Justice Initiative and Central European University. The program currently sponsors ten fellows to pursue a two-year program of study and practical work experience. The Justice Initiative Fellows Program has two main objectives:

• To invest in the professional development of promising young human rights lawyers and activists by giving them opportunities for academic and practical training, and

• To assist leading human rights NGOs in countries of Justice Initiative presence to build organizational capacity through training of their staff, including legal professionals and human rights activists.

Applicants from Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet Union, Africa, Asia, Middle East and Central/South America are eligible to participate in the program. The Justice Initiative runs the program in partnership with the Legal Studies Department of the Central European University.

Justice Initiative Fellows are nominated by NGOs from their home countries and reside for one year in Budapest, Hungary, where they undertake a degree program (MA or LL.M. in Human Rights) at the CEU Legal Studies Department. During their stay, Fellows participate in a three-month internship with a leading European NGO. The second year of the fellowship is devoted to work in the home country with the nominating NGO.

Application Procedure

CEU-specific requirements: Applicants to all programs must meet the general CEU admissions requirements. In ad***ion, applicants to the LLM programs must have completed a law degree or be in the last year of law school and expect to graduate before the beginning of August. Applicants to the Human Rights MA Program must have at least a BA by the time they start their studies at CEU. For the departmental requirements see the Prospective Students section of the Legal Department website.

Ad***ional requirements for OSJI Fellows: Applicants must be nominated by a non-governmental organization concerned with human rights. The applicant must demonstrate a strong commitment to human rights, have a university degree and be able to certify a high degree of proficiency in English.

In ad***ion to the documents required by the Legal Studies Department applicants must include in their application:

1. A nomination letter from an NGO describing the reasons for nominating the applicant, the expectations the NGO has of the project, and contractually committing (to the Justice Initiative) to hire the applicant for at least one year after s/he returns from the twelve-month training program in Hungary. The nomination letter should also indicate a monthly salary gross rate in USD (including all taxes and fees) that will be offered to the applicant by the NGO in case s/he is selected for the program (provided to the NGO by the Justice Initiative in the form of a grant).

4. A proposal of project activities that the candidate plans to work on with the nominating NGO during the second year of the fellowship.

Criteria for selection will include – in ad***ion to the admission test results – the applicant’s experience, his/her potential to contribute to the protection and promotion of human rights, and the suitability of the applicant’s proposed role with the nominating NGO. Upon selection, Fellows will be required to sign an agreement with the Justice Initiative committing themselves to the program for two years. The first year is spent at Central European University, the second in the applicant's home country, working with the nominating NGO. The call for application can be downloaded here in pdf version.

Funding

During the first year of the Justice Initiative Fellows Program the financial con***ions for the Fellows are identical to CEU policies for full fellowship students. The JI Fellows will return to their nominating NGOs after the first year, where they will spend at least one year working in human rights advocacy on a non-profit basis. The Justice Initiative will pay a local salary during this second year equal to an amount determined to be similar to equivalent work by the nominating NGO. This amount will be provided to the nominating NGOs in the form of a grant.

Achievements

After one year of intense and outstanding academic training at the CEU Human Rights Program, JI Fellows returning to their home countries apply the acquired theoretical knowledge and practical skills in their day-to-day work at their respective NGOs. As members of the Justice Initiative network, they participate in regional and international projects, provide assistance for other NGOs with similar goals, and supply feedback to JI via reports and regular updates on their activities.

Many of the fellows move on to become prominent NGO leaders, HR advocates or join intergovernmental or supranational organizations.

The Structural System Laboratory (SSL) in the Department of Civil Engineering (specially Structural Engineering), Kunsan National University, has established itself as a leading laboratory in South Korea with continuous developments in the relevant engineering researches in the field of Civil Engineering. We have been undergoing for several research projects by the South Korean Government. Through stable financial supports for the SSL members, our aim is to make the selected research teams as world-leading research groups.
Based on several grants, including Brain Korea 21st Century (BK21) grant, our team is inviting sincere international applicants for master degrees. Monthly stipends and settlement supports, incentives depending on performances as well as tuition fees will be supported based on the laboratory financial supporting system. Applicants should have enthusiasm in research, and excellent skills in English communication (written and verbal) are highly preferred.
We prefer applicants who are able to publish international journal papers ranked as SCI or SCIE during his/her appointment in the laboratory with their own creative research topics.
