Đây là học bổng toàn phần cho các bạn apply vào ĐH Oxford, theo mình biết thì nhiều sv TQ đã được học bổng này. Và số lượng học bổng hàng năm cũng ko phải ít, khoảng 115 suất/năm, như năm nay tính đến bây h mỗi khoa đã có 27 người được học bổng, và con số đó vẫn chưa dừng lại. Riêng khoa Social Sciences năm nay đã có tới 30 người được học bổng. Mình nghĩ hb này rất đáng để mọi người thử sức.

This program will provide the training for qualified specialists who will be able to respond to the strong industry demand for software engineers, information system designers, and technical analysts and advisers. Overview
The Eni Project offers international students the possibility to receive a scholarship and other benefits to graduate from the Politecnico di Torino attending a Master of Science program in Petroleum Engineering.
The project, promoted by the Politecnico di Torino and financed by Eni - Exploration & Production Division and Eni Corporate University, will offer for the 2010/2011 academic year scholarships to international students, mainly from Angola, Ghana, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Pakistan and Turkmenistan.
The length of the course is 2 years full time and corresponds to 120 ECTS cre***s. All the courses are entirely held in English.
The activities will begin in September 2010.
Academic requirements
In order to be admitted into the Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering program, applicants must possess a university degree equivalent to a Bachelor of Science degree, which is approximately equivalent to three or four years after secondary school, depending on the number of secondary school years.
Application is open to students who:
â- are not Italian citizens
â- are not older than 32 years (by 31/12/2010)
â- have an adequate knowledge of the English language, preferably demonstrated by an international certification
â- are not already enrolled at the Politecnico di Torino before the 2010/2011 academic year
â- are not recipients of other scholarships, Italian or foreign
Selection criteria
Applicants will be selected based on their previous academic career and on their Curriculum Vitae.
Amount of the scholarship
â- The gross amount of the Eni Project scholarship is 10.000 Euro per year (20.000 Euro for the complete period). The exact net sum is dependent upon the individual tax con***ions of each student, which can be verified only upon the arrival of the student.
â- The amount of the scholarship will not be increased in case the student will need more time to graduate than indicated.
â- The allocation of the scholarship is dependent upon the submission, within 10 days from the arrival in Italy of the student, of the original documentation, which must correspond with the documentation attached to the online form (see the â?oSelection outcomesâ? section below).
â- Payment of the scholarship occurs periodically. The first instalment is dependent upon the possession of the relevant documentation (residence permit, Italian fiscal code, and bank account in the name of the scholarship recipient), all obtainable upon arrival in Italy; for this reason, the first instalment is not paid at the moment of arrival at the Politecnico di Torino, but in the course of the following month.

The initiative is promoted by the Politecnico di Torino and the Compagnia di San Paolo.

Obtaining a II level Specializing Master degree at the Politecnico di Torino

Amount of the scholarship
â- The gross amount of the scholarship is 6.000 Euro per year for the complete period (1 year).
â- The amount of the scholarship will not be increased in case the student benefits from an internship extension.
â- The allocation of the scholarship is dependent upon the submission, within 10 days from the arrival in Italy of the student, of the original documentation, which must correspond with the documentation attached to the online form (see the â?oSelection outcomesâ? section below).
â- Payment of the scholarship occurs periodically. The first instalment is dependent upon the possession of the relevant documentation (enrollment certification, residence permit, Italian fiscal code, and bank account in the name of the scholarship recipient), all obtainable upon arrival in Italy; for this reason, the first instalment is not paid at the moment of arrival at the Politecnico di Torino (September 2010), but at the end of October 2010.
â- Given that it is not possible to combine the benefits received from more than one scholarship, students who are assigned another study grant while receiving the Compagnia di San Paolo - Politecnico scholarship must promptly notify the Politecnico di Torino.
â- Payment of the scholarship will be suspended if the attendance of the recipient does not meet the requirements of the rules of the Specializing Master that will be handed over before the course start.

Mục tiêu của Chương trình:
Nhằm tạo điều kiện cho các Chuyên gia và Cán bộ lãnh đạo tại các nước đang phát triển đã có nhiều năm công tác, tham gia một Khóa học nâng cao chuyên môn trong thời gian một năm đến hai năm tại một Trường Đại học tại Đức, DAAD đã chọn ra nhiều Khóa học phù hợp cho các nước đang phát triển.
Các Khóa học và điều kiện cụ thể của Chương trình này được liệt kê trong cuốn sách kèm theo đây.
Đối tượng:
Các Chuyên gia và Cán bộ lãnh đạo đã có bằng Đại học và nhiều năm công tác.
Các ứng cử viên có thể là các Chuyên gia hoặc Cán bộ các Bộ, Ban ngành, Sở, Cơ quan Nhà nước, Phòng Công nghiệp/Phòng Thương mại, các Công ty, Xí nghiệp và của các Chương trình phát triển Quốc tế tại Việt Nam.
Quá trình Công tác cần được xác nhận bằng văn bản, vì vậy, ứng cử viên mới Tốt nhiệp Đại học không thể được xét.
Chương trình này chủ yếu là các Chương trình ứng dụng thực tế, nên không phù hợp với các Giảng viên Đại học, ngoại trừ 3 Chương trình Đào tạo Tiến sĩ: "Development Studies" tại ZEF/Trường Đại học Tổng hợp Bonn, "Agricultural Economics and Related Sciences" tại Trường Đại học Tổng hợp GieYen/Trường Đại học Tổng hợp Hohenheim và "Mathematics in Industry and Commerce" tại Trường Đại học Tổng hợp Kaiserslautern.
Điều kiện xin Học bổng:
Các điều kiện cụ thể theo từng Khóa học được liệt kê trong cuốn sách kèm theo. Nói chung, các Ứng cử viên không được quá 36 tuổi lúc nộp đơn, trừ các Chương trình Đào tạo Tiến sĩ. Khóa "International Marketing" tại Trường Đại học Khoa học Ứng dụng Reutlingen và Khóa "Small Enterprise Promotion and Training - SEPT" tại Trường Đại học Tổng hợp Leipzig, độ tuổi giới hạn lúc nộp đơn là 32.
Để tham gia Khóa học Cao học, Ứng cử viên phải có bằng Cử nhân/Kỹ sư và đã công tác tối thiểu 2 năm trong một lãnh vực liên quan đến Khóa học. Các Ứng cử viên có giấy xác nhận của Cơ quan đang công tác về việc ủng hộ/đồng ý cho đi học và sẵn sàng tiếp nhận lại khi quay trở về sẽ được ưu tiên xét.
Kiến thức Ngoại ngữ:
Các Khóa học bằng tiếng Đức yêu cầu trình độ DSH2 hay TestDaF4 trước khi nhập học. Các Ứng cử viên chưa đủ trình độ tiếng Đức nói trên, có thể được cấp thêm một Học bổng 6 tháng để học tiếng Đức cấp tốc.
Các Khóa học bằng tiếng Anh yêu cầu trình độ TOEFL (550 điểm)/IELTS (6.0) hay tuong đương khi nộp đơn. Các Ứng cử viên này sẽ được cấp thêm một Học bổng 2 tháng để học tiếng Đức cấp tốc.

Mức Học bổng trong Chương trình này tương đương với các Học bổng khác của DAAD: Các Khóa học Cao học là 750 EUR hàng tháng, các Khóa Đào tạo Tiến sĩ là 1.000 EUR hàng tháng, chưa kể các phụ cấp hay trợ cấp khác

Overview
We are a research group at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and at the University of Heidelberg in Germany that uses organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, cell biology and microbiology approaches to develop innovative research tools and to answer important biological questions.
The goal of our research is to gain better understanding of biological interfaces and to advance our ability to effectively control and direct behavior of cells and bacteria. We are working on the development of biologically active functional polymer surfaces and materials, "smart" switchable polymer surfaces, and gradient surfaces that we use for fundamental investigation of biological interfaces, for studying cell- and bacteria-surface interactions and for studying biofouling. The motivation behind our research is: to learn how cells and bacteria interact with surfaces; to develop biocompatible, biomimetic and "smart" materials that can improve performance of existing biomedical or cell culture devices; and to use this knowledge and materials to achieve control over behavior of cells and bacteria on surfaces. Our research is very interdisciplinary and we closely collaborate with biologists and physicists.
