I dont know how to say but this year seems not to be for me. I have job, but this job is not my major. Therefore, it?Ts very hard to show my talent or even show off what i had ever studied in the university. My major?Ts English, and what I am working on is Import-export. To pass the company?Ts test and interview is so easy, because in one import- export enterprise, the test is just translating the documents talking about the contents of one contract, i.e. commo***y, specification of goods, units of the goods or some articles in the contract. Then, it will not be too difficult for a student of English to translate this matter. I passed, then have been working until now.
The matter here is that i cannot be qualified for this job. The boss wants to sack me, but they still see no reason. My father asks me to come to the company even therê?Ts nothing to do at that time. My friends tell me to continue even when the boss find some reason to kick me out of the company. I dont know, i cannot find out what exactly i should do now. It will be of course that during the time of working here I myself will have to find another job. Then, i will both have salary in the company and have new job suitable with me. However, im still confused, i hate time of working here. The boss lets me the trial period for seeing whether i could get used to import- export or not. He sends me to the manager of the import- export deparment who gives me nothing to do even i have ever asked her. Do you think that a person can show her adatptation when she gets nothing to work on?
I dont know, im so upset. That?Ts why i ask some advice from all of you in the forum. Do i speak to the boss to give up this job immediately because im afraid of being in this company with a lot of mental pressure or still waiting for until he, the boss, sacks me?

I am not very successful in job but you may use my advice for your reference.
Firstly, you should know that, everything will be the same if there is nothing changed on you. You should change your mind first. Donõ?Tt hesitant to do any task. Although you are not interested in it, you still gain many skills. You may like knowledge, but communication skill is very important. So try to pay attention to get along with your colleagues and help them as much as you can. Then, they may treat you nicely and you will get better.
Secondly, you should bring out the target in this job. It bases on your ambition and how is your company. So you can decide whether you stay or not. It is very easy if you decide to leave, still willing to work, look for chances and never might.
If you make staying decision, donõ?Tt think too much about your boss attitude. You should try to prove that they will gain big benefit from your job done, think all pressure as challenge. Your boss will see your abilities one day and promotes you õ?" I know that you stay only when your company has room to advance.

Thank you so much for your advice,i know what i should do now: keep waiting. However, i am considerting that doing import-export is not an easy matter. Iõ?Tm waiting for 20 containers of waster paper imported from Singapore, but the arrival of the ship wil be estimated at October 30. Do i actually show off all of my abilities if thereõ?Ts nothing to do? During the time of waiting for the ship, i have nothing to do meanwhile my boss ask me for challenge? What is that challenge meanwhile there is no container, so there will not be no documents to present to the bank or to the customs. What the hell is the challenge when he gives me 2 weeks with doing nothing?
