All attachments from part of this contract and it?Ts binding on both buyer and seller
This contract is registered according BANK (A)
Inspection is just allowed by our own appointed company that we work it.
Any cancellation of order on PI/LC that already signed by buyer without seller approval/acceptance, buyer have to bear fine 50% from total PI/LC value
Any amendment due to the difference Billing from the initial proforma invoice should be acceptable tolerance 5% - 10%
