Does SARS still exist in VN?

Yesterday, I met a teacher at my university, he told me that he has a trip to VN in 2 months but maybe he has to delay because of SARS. Although the problem of SARS is not hot like before but in most western countries, people are still afraid of SARS. Once u talk about traveling in Asia, they will tell u that it's too dangerous, especailly in VN, China, Taiwan.When I read newspaper, they said that SARS has totally disappered in VN but who can be sure about that.
U, who are still in VN, can u tell me that SARS has really disappeared in VN when there are still many people returned from china??
HOw to give confiance to the tourists so that they will return to VN? GIve me some reasons to persuade my teacher???

I just can tell u that SARS isn't a big problem with VNeses right now! We are no longer afraid of it! Although we still have some little fear on it but we know it's far way from us!
