It drew a fake picture that in future HAGL will brought more better players, making this club became a big figure among the top of asia countries. This hope (became MU of Asia, and a giant real estate investor and Industrial developer (small hydroplants) pushed HAGL shares going quite far up north. If you IOP you actually raised yours capital 3 or 5 fold defends on how many times the share pushed up compared to the IPO price. HAGL drew a multiple field of expanding future to gain as much as possible free money from stock investors who bought it's shares. When you IPO you valued your capital, your assets, your business, your future capital invested expansion...to a lump sum figure the you devised into total shares. At the IPO you are already sell it at 2 or 3 times what you actually owned. If shares later went up 2 or 3 more times you can get a lot more like Facebook IPO was 28 usd and now 90 usd. Because when you IPO YOU HOLD 100% shares and you start selling (or buying back)...until years later, for example now Facebook Inc stoll hold around 40% shares. Because of that HAGL WAS DOING THINGS LIKE THESE IN FOOTBALL. after they got chunk of money HAGL CLUB did not buy good players band never had a chance to become what the investors were dream for hihihi. Because Duc Bomber in tension at first was never that. He love fooball and want to push Vnese football to the next lever. Give me a break.

Now HAGL lost about 50-60 % capital that they collected from the last IPO I FIGURED about 2000-3000 billion vnd, due to lost on real estate and hydroplants (thank to China sh it equipments of uncontrollable maintenance costs),plus He borrowed around 4000 billion vnd from banks which interest is avg about 11% years, 700 billion just to pay interest. A lot of HAGL assets values now are not market values. They were pumped up to cover their losses in form of long term investments or cost of investments going on. But the real profits were small and had to pump up to calm the investors, on contrast with 700 bill interest a yr plus employee, plus HAGL club cost, not for so long HAGL WOULD BECOME A Nuoc Hoa Thanh Huong, and Duc Bomber would join bau Kien in prison hello.
The new Agricultural and cow farm IPO IS LIKE the only hope to raise fund to cover the big hole in financing of the HAGL INC. Duc Bomber again is using U19 HAGL to shine his IPO PLAN HOPE. But he was short of cash could bough good foreign players. As result the performance of HAGL CLUB this year was terrible. He is drawing a big pic for Vnese team with his players, but it was not very convinced to many people. He real needs U19 Players to play either u24 Asian champ or Sea Games right before or during it IPO. BUT Even though it happened there would be no guaranty that the IPO WOULD BECOME AN SUCCEED. A lot of people invested chunk of cash in HAGL in exchange for papers and promises...no good cash div, lost most of invested values in stocks. I don't think they would take any further risk with HAGL

However what else Duc Bomber would do now? This IPO IS HIS ONLY LIFESAVER EVEN IT IS QUITE DESPERATED.
