Those words I said do not imply any negative meaning. I just want to say that life is never perfect, so you should never try to reach a perfect life. Just enjoy the present and love everyone.

I am sorry but i have to say: Many people say this sentence but few of them can do that. You have any idea to do that?

I agree that this sentence is absolutely theoretical. But enjoy the present here means that you should never get ur mind busy for a too long time, rarely put stress on your shoulder, seldom get angry, sometimes let yourrself have a picnic, usually meet friends and always smile. Just thinking that "Yess, I have got more than many people" is helpful to reduce the stress.
