    Which qualifications?
As I know, most of people who are at our age are going to graduate and for some people in next few months, they'll face with one of the big problems in Vietnam in recent years, that is the unemployment. So are we ready to leave school to get a job? Which qualifications do you need for your job? It depends on the aspects which you specialize in. But I think that all of us have to be self-confident and have a stable background in our aspects.
    Give your experience.

The matter here is that the knowledge that u have been taught at school is not been applied in the job that u want to do. Many people work without this knowledge. So this kind of people find jobs easier than others who want to do their jobs based on the knowledge that they learnt. If they dont accept the work without their knowledge at school, maybe they become unemployees. It is the fact.

Yeah!, In some case, I think it's true. However, do you agree with me that, if we didn't have a good background (I mean the knowledge we gained in school), would we do the job (any job) well?

Linus, If you think you have some trouble with English, you should meet H frequently because I?Tm sure that H ?~s very good at English and H ?~ll try H?Ts best to help you. By that way, H has more time to see you and you also have more time to practise English, talk evrerything in English as much as you ?~re used to doing in Vietnamese. You know, it said that ?okill two birds with one stonê?
Your English ?~ll be better . Good luck!

Oh, my grand-ma, we must have a good background to apply for jobs, but... When applying for job, English is one of the most important aspects. As you know, to be a banker, I had to pass the examination to BIDV with 2 writing English tests in experts and 2 speaking ones. Now, I hardly use any English. Why? Because my job doesn't need it. What is my English used for? Just to watch films and news on cable TV. I hardly speak, write it. In the past, when people said that a girl/boy could speak English very well but couldn't write, I did not understand why. Now, I know. Sometimes, when writing a word, I even didn't know whether I wrote it wrong or right. Hic! My grand-ma, I do not know what our English certificate is used for. Is it a waste of time and money?

Hic, dear my grand-daughter, I have the same opinion with you. I don't know what will we use that certificate for? My TCB didn't want it, they want my IELT only. However, I still use a little bit English in my jobs, reading transaction deals, using computer sofware ,.... Sometimes, I recall the time we have together in that evening course, talking in English, even quarelling in English also .
Yeah, It's another problem in VN now that the employees require the employers more than they need in fact. So, it's waste of time and money. It may results in brainstorm.Maybe we will use our English when our VN open widely
