Này thì topic này How to choose a job
An old saying goes: "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life"
    Work out what you want
Choosing a career is like anything in life. You?Tre more likely *****cceed and get it right if you put time and effort into it.
It?Ts an exciting opportunity for you to spend time exploring who you are, what suits you and what appeals to you. You should remember:
expect to change careers several times in your working life ?" you may already have had one or two career moves
everybody?Ts different ?" don?Tt go into a job just because someone else enjoys it and has recommended it
you?Tre not forever locked into the choices you make now.
Go to the Job Outlook website for information about career options. You can find out about job prospects, weekly earnings, type of work and other useful occupational information.
Mission 1: identify your target - you
A good first step in making your decision is to develop a personal profile. You''''''''ll then use this in the future when considering what careers may suit you best.
The best place to start is to think about what you love doing or what interests you the most. Consider the subjects and activities you?Tve been involved with at school, TAFE or university. Think about what you like doing in your own time, such as the sports you play or subjects you like reading about.
At the same time think about the things you don?Tt enjoy. Maybe in your current job you don?Tt like dealing with clients and would prefer to be in an office analysing and balancing the finance books.
    It?Ts important to map out:
    what you?Tre actually good at
what it is about you that makes you good at certain things.
For example, if you enjoy maths, maybe it?Ts because you excel in analysing and solving problems.
what skills and qualifications you have
    what you value
Maybe helping people may be more important to you than making money.
    what you want from work
Do you want to work outside? What hours you do you want to work? Where do you want to work? How much money you want to make?
    Mission 2: research your options
The next step is to explore and research various career directions to find some options that really get you going.
Find answers to important questions like:
What would I do in this job?
Draw from your personal profile to see if it matches the things you''''''''ve identified, such as what you like doing, what you value and what you want in a job.
What do I need to get this job?
Look at your personal profile to see if you have the necessary skills and experience. Otherwise identify what you need to do to get these.
What is the outlook for this industry and/or occupation?
In other words, how easy is it going to be to get a job and what are the long term prospects? You then need to consider what level of risk you are willing to take. For example, if your dream job has a pretty poor outlook for the next 10 years you might prefer to consider something with better prospects.
    How much will I earn?
If there?Ts a certain lifestyle you want to live and money is an important factor, it''''''''s a good idea to find out what the earning potential is of the careers you are considering.
How do I get this job?
As an example, for positions with major accountancy firms, you should investigate their cut off dates for graduate applications.
What pathways are available to me?
What opportunities will there be for development and career progression?
There are many resources you can access to find out the answers to these questions. You can:
speak with a qualified careers counsellor
ask other people what they do to see if you like the sound of it
talk to employers about what skills, experience and qualities you would need to get a job with them.
Combine these approaches to make sure you are getting the full story about the careers you are considering.
Visit the Who can help? section for more advice on where to get information to help you make your decision.
    Mission 3: make a decision
Once you?Tve found some career directions that really appeal to you, there?Ts a number of activities that can help you narrow down your options.
Think about what?Ts most important to you in a career
For example, are you willing to work long hours to make a lot of money? Then look at the options you?Tve chosen again and see if this helps narrow down your list.
Talk through your options again with other people
See if they can help you work out what?Ts going *****it you best.
Ask yourself, does this job really appeal to me?
Can you see yourself doing it and enjoying it? Or are there things about it that make you feel really uncomfortable? If the things you don?Tt like about it far outweigh the things you do, you can probably feel pretty comfortable about scratching it off your list.
    Get experience
A great way to see if reality matches your expectations is to undertake some work experience.
    Final mission: plan your attack
Once you?Tve done the hard yards and decided on a career direction, next plan how you?Tre going to get there. For example, you might plan to do a course at uni, followed by several years of full-time employment before undertaking a post-graduate degree in a specialist area.
Your plan needs to cover how you?Tre going to get to uni, if you don?Tt yet have the pre-requisites or grades required for the course you want to do. And how you?Tre going *****pport yourself while you?Tre there.
    Be prepared to be flexible.
You might find you get the opportunity to live and travel overseas, meaning a change to your plan. Or, as you get older and experience new things, you might want to change your career direction in line with your new interests.
Remember, changing your mind is perfectly OK. You should expect a few career changes in your life.

So are you ready for debating???
    The siatuation is:
    1. Do you think not qualified people can still be succeed in his/her career? Qualification is important when working ???
    2. Imagine that you are a boss and there are 2 cadidates want to join your company: the first one is graduated in a famous school with good mark, clever, creative etc but inexperience
the second one is graduated in a domestic school only not as good mark however is highly appreciated as a good staff, he is also very experienced of cause.
What would you choose??? Remember that you could choose only one
    3. Here are for some fresh graduated:
Imagine that you have some offers from companies:
    a. The company that you have been admired for a long time, a work that you love, place where you can apply what you have learnt in school however the company only offer you a small position It may take you a long time to become an important person in the company beside that the salary isn''''''''t high also.
    b. The company operated in different industry to what you have learned. This job is fashionable, many people want to do this job (MC or PR etc ..) Working in this position give you money, chance to develope your career quickly. Beside that this job isn''''''''t a stabe one (short term or something :D) .
What would you choose??? Only one at a time
