Australian Film Roadshow 2008

The tour will travel from Ha Noi in the north, through the central provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Quang Binh and Ha Tinh, before calling it a wrap in HCM City and An Giang Province in the south.
The Roadshow program-me includes seven feature films: Crackerjack, The Home Song Stories, Look Both Ways, Looking for Alibrandi, Razzle Dazzle, Ten Canoes and Two Hands. It will also feature two short films: Crocodile Dreaming and the Academy Award-winning Harvie Krumpet
The Roadshow will kick off with Crackerjack, to be screened in Ha Noi on Friday night at 8pm, at the National Cinema Centre at 87 Lang Ha Street. The movie will be shown in English with subtitles in Vietnamese. The short film Harvie Krumpet will be also shown before the feature film.

Free tickets for the Roadshow can be picked up in Ha Noi at the Australian Embassy, 8 Dao Tan Street, and at the National Cinema Centre, Ha Noi; in HCM City at the office of the Australian consul general, Landmark Building, 5th Floor, 5B Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1, and at the Megastar Cineplex, Hung Vuong Plaza, Level 7, 126 Hung Vuong Street, District 5. ?" Amidst petty politics and creative controversy, Razzle Dazzle delves into the lives of three stage mothers and their relationships with the dance school, each other and their children
- Two hands: Follows the misadventures of Jimmy, an aspiring young ex-street kid who loses ganster dollars and has to pull his first ''job'' to avoid the bullet. Unforunately for Jimmy, he is distracted by the girl of his dreams who offers him the prospect of a better life, the job goes wrong, and a couple of street kids who acted as the catalyst for his downfall become entanged in the events that lead to Jimmy''s transformation.
