Công ty TNHH Dịch tư vấn giáo dục và đào tạo ETC – đơn vị chủ quản của Trung tân tiếng Anh ETC đã được Cục Sở hữu trí tuệ cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký nhãn hiệu số 147901 ngày 18/6/2010 cho nhãn hiệu ETC và logo của ETC. Danh mục sản phẩm, hàng hóa được bảo hộ là thuộc nhóm 41 (Đào tạo ngoại ngữ, tin học, công nghệ thông tin, du học, tổ chức sựu kiện giáo dục v.v..).
Để tuân thủ các quy định của pháp luật về bảo hộ nhãn hiệu hàng hóa và tránh gây nhầm lẫn cho các khách hàng, Công ty TNHH Dịch vụ tư vấn giáo dục và Đào tạo ETC đề nghị các đơn vị, cá nhân không sử dụng tên công ty, tên sản phẩm, logo, tên miền có từ “ETC” và nhóm từ có chữ ETC hoặc sử dụng logo có chữ “ETC” cho các lĩnh vực kinh doanh thuộc nhóm 41. Đã đơn vị, cá nhân có nhóm lĩnh vực 41 hiện đang dụng tên công ty, sản phẩm, tên miền có chữ ETC hoặc nhóm chữ ETC (Vd: xxxETC) chấm dứt việc sử dụng này.
Các đơn vị, cá nhân cố tình tiếp tục sử dụng nhãn hiệu của chúng tôi, chúng tôi sẽ đề nghị các cơ quan chức năng có thẩm quyền xem xét xử lý các đơn vị, cá nhân vi phạm để bảo vệ quyền lợi hợp pháp của chúng tôi.
