Chị ơi, apply rồi cho em hỏi giấy xác nhận thường trú (residence certificate) mình xin ở đâu vậy chị. Cụ thể nó ntn:

The place of residence should be verified on the basis of the provision of the documents listed in the PRADO website.
You can upload:
- A residence certificate issued in accordance with your municipality normal registration rules;
- A certificate from your place of work, study or training issued by the employer or institution in question.
The document should be in English or one of the languages of the Partner Universities.
Both documents must have been issued within 12 months before the submission deadline of applying for an EMJMD
student scholarship, i.e. the consortium's official deadline for student application.

Có bạn nào apply chương trình Master CoDe (Comparative Local Development) năm nay không?
Mà hình như chưa có người Việt Nam nào học chương trình này thì phải vì mình xem thống kê của chương trình này không thấy.
Ngoài cái Master CoDe này ra thì có HB nào về International Development hoặc Economic Development mà người VN mình thường apply nhỉ?
