[FMCG - Manufacturing] Looking for Chief Engineering [1,500 - 2,000 USD] - HCMC, VN

I. Company profile:
Being a leading manufacturer and distributor of soft cakes, biscuits, chocolates, {spam}{spam}{spam}{spam}{spam}ers, our Client takes it place within the top of Southeast Asia’s leading snack food manufacturers.

II. Job description:
- Responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the factory incorporating several hundred employees. - Direct and coordinate the engineer staff in formulating plans, designs and cost estimates.
- Provide instructions on estimated labor, equipment requirements and materials.
- Set up and implement the maintenance for all production machinery, and utility equipment together with all engineering staffs.
- Ensure all engineers maintain the plant in the correct way and using equipment's recommendation to maintain standardization and maintain company procedure.
- Combine to Production Manager to achieve production target according to the company target at the most cost effective and efficient way.
- Maintain and implement the safety and environmental procedure in line with company policy, which is include conducting regular training and updating the procedure.
- Set-up the most cost effective maintenance budget for the whole factories and control the implementation.
- Make sure the continuous safety awareness of everybody in the factories
- To motivate the improvement of engineering knowledge and skill of all engineering staff by regular training and absorb the new technology for continuous improvement.

III. Job Requirement:
- University graduated in technical (Mechanical) field.
- Hands on Mechanical experience in an Manufacturing, FMCG is required.
- Over 5 years experience in Manufacturing company.
- Experience in managing a multi skilled work force.
- Solving skill, persuading, influencing skill.
- Good interpersonal skill, problem.
- English is required.
