    Question 1: I want to buy dota 2 account, and I know your website goes with Paypal payment system, but if I have Visa / Master card / Cre*** card, can I make payment on your website without making Paypal account?
    Answer: Yes of course, there is an option you can pay us directly with your bank card. It will appear when you check out the payment. Click on “Pay with your cre*** or debit card” and follow their instructions to complete the transaction.

    Question 2: If I do not have Paypal / Bank card, how can I pay you? And how much will I need to pay?
    Answer: There is another payment method you can use, that is: Items or Wallet code. You can buy dota 2 account or MMR boosting service with Items / Wallet code. Some acceptable items are: Arcana, Stache, Battlefury, Voidhammer, Soul Diffusal… (High value Items). Because there are some different between real money (Paypal) and Steam money (Items / Wallet code), you need to pay us more in items. 1$ Paypal equals to 1.35$ Items / Wallet code. Then the price of account is 40$ on website, to buy it with items / wallet code, you have to cover 54$ items value.

    Question 3: After paid, how can I get full information?
    Answer: You need to contact us to get full information. We do not upload account information on website to prevent some hijacked cases. And we need to make sure you’re the guy who made payment and really wanted to buy this account. We can refund you in the case you haven’t get full information yet after paid. After changed email contact, I will transfer you log in ID + PASSWORD.

    Question 4: Some account sellers give us original email, why you don’t give it?
    Answer: We only change steam email contact to customer’s email. There are 3 reasons we won’t give you original email of steam account that you bought. Firstly, the original emails were always deleted by us before sale, it’s the best way to protect customer from charge back / hijacked case. Secondly, we have after sale service, it means that even you lose your accounts by your fault in future, with information from original email (only us know about it), we can take back your account and inventory for you. Lastly, DO YOU REALLY KNOW: Is the email (which was given when you bought account from other seller) original? ^^ Be wise then!

    Question 5: If I lost my account and it was not my fault, can I get refund or another account?
    Answer: Atm, ZXC Shop sells more than 100 accounts each month and already sold ~1000 accounts since we started our business (10 months ago). There is no lost / charge back / hijacked case till now. In that case: it’s really our fault when you lost your account,we will refund all money to you or give you another account instead. Don’t worry about it

    Question 6: Where can I transfer items / wallet code if I use these payment methods?
    Answer: We only use 1 steam profile for items transaction You need to leave comment and add us on steam to transfer items. With wallet code, you can give us on our fanpage / facebook / skype. We will redeem and let you know if successful.
