Haha, btw you mentioned smartass. I get that title sometimes for being arrogant and showing off from people who first meet me. Later they found that I am indeed a smartass but I have "substance" and "layers" and I mean no harm. I recall Kim Ha, one of well-known "MC" used to hate me the way a dog hate a cat. It's not from my nature but rather something I pick up along my career path, when you have to be impressive, sharp instantly or nothing, due to the characteristics of the work I do.

God knows if we can meet someday at FC and hopefully get a long well.

Moments of truth: from the report, it clearly stated the success of your topic and the charm of the MC.

Look, who's the clown now? Me. :))

The pleasure is mine as always. Btw the incident I created make me feel like a cheap scandal that I pulled off in order to polish my rusty name plate, haha.

Seriously, your high expectation put me in a corner since I don't function very well in the presence of attractive distraction. I figure that's the day to see if I can walk my talk, is it what you have in your beautiful mind? :)" border=0 alt="" src="/images/smilies/19.gif" smilieid="27">

After 30 minutes wandering on the net, I've not even put my eyes on my supposed-to-be-read books due to the magnetic attraction from here

To Mr " wtf" , after reading your first comment I went bug-eyed firstly , really wanted to jump into your face and said" who the hell are you to criticize me that way? what for". For I was mad at any author who assemble everyone in his few-faked words.

But I quickly came to my senses and realized it was true. To some extent, this has taught me some things, bitter things but things do matter.

Maybe your working environment shape your personality but I think aggressive words only make other defensive and divert the attention away from the main content ( ra trường gặp mấy anh boss thế này chắc mình chết mất :(( )

If I happen to meet my lovely friend, Kim Ha, I will deliver your message. She might say" That guy is.........****ing funny'".....I don't know why you make me think of some grown up men who act all tough. They can be 50 and still have a brain of a five-year-old . Don't shoot me ( Plagiarism a little bit)

Thanks in advance :)

So case is closed, let's spam about something else

I remember a quote "You need to be deadly serious to be funny" about entertainment industry. I guess it means in TV show for example, behind the scenes of casual chat and improvisational jokes are hundreds of working hours of writers, e***ors, speaker in rehearsal. Why so intense? Because any show can be the last one.

When we put something to public, it has its own life and we loose the control. Our "show" is sailing through an au***ion with smartass, dumbass as assessors. Like in an interview, we have just one shot. Either we are hired or fired. Likewise, the audience will take their dedicated time and attention elswhere, to another "show" if we fail to convince them why we matter.

I think acting tough is a part of progressing toward management responsibilities. It is ok as long as you don't cross the line of being difficult without being reasonable and supportive. That is when the bossy manager drain the energy of his people and hit the biggest failure: becoming a demotivator. Otherwise it's how you push people for excellency, for perfection, to realize potential. Btw, it is most correct in sales department of any company

Everybody hates a pushy boss, yet years after they quit working for him, they realize he was the true developer back then, that they owe him alot for who and where they are now.

To Mr" wtf" : I get your point. But nothing is perfect. Actually I don't believe in the existence of perfection. Everything is trade-off. So how can you balance to become" good" boss?

I have just stumbled across some thoughts from someone else. This life is a marathon, not a sprint. Most of us go to work early in the morning, run as fast as we can for 8,9 hours a day, then come hơm and run hard again with personal obligation, sometimes more work, before getting some sleep and doing it all over again.

Even if you love it, that kind of schedule is deeply draining. Not an athlete in the world could sustain that schedule without rest. They have off-seasons.

I guess you are kind of person of mutil-taker and high-achiever but what counts is the depth and quality.

I simply think that if a boss uses less " confrontational" language, he will avoid rude argument , stimulate more entertaining and interesting\ intellectual discussion. Am I hurting your eyes with my narrow-minded?

If Iam at any fault, correct please.

To anh Milkablack: Hi a! em không phải là Storm đâu ạ.

Nice to say hello , again. Em biết anh nhưng anh không biết em là đứa nào đâu. Chúc anh nhiều sức khỏe. Để khi nào về nước thì đến ném đá ủng hộ mọi người.

    Nice weekend, mọi người ^__^

That's the trick of trade you get after lots of humiliation caused and received. There's no such thing as a good boss, you are saint to devils and devil to saints

I never believe in hardwork and that belief has taken me nowhere.

On the contrary, I am an easy quitter, I am learning to stop that

I simply think that if a boss uses less " confrontational" language, he will avoid rude argument , stimulate more entertaining and interesting\ intellectual discussion. Am I hurting your eyes with my narrow-minded?
In my experience (may be others can help with more insights): a nice boss is a pusXX, again, no check, no push, no confrontation - no work get done

Iam at any fault, correct please.
It's call sharing, no right or wrong

It seems to me that we have different approaches due to the gap of life experience. Once you stated here, I would like raise some points.

Living in such a society of hyperinflation, budget deficits, enormous trade deficits,..... every one has to work their assess off to" survive" without bossy command. Life is tough, already. Just cool it off as much as possible as we can.

I guess and know the pressure of being a boss who must hold accountability for all day-to-day operation. Entrusted with the outcome of company, so you have push yourself to be toughed.

But do you know your employees go to work with the mood of to be sick of the burnt out Saturday, the rushed Sunday and the " Iam not ready" Monday morning. Only by being refreshed and energetic can we finish the work in record time

If you don't feel like responding *****ch a naive and superficial writer like me, it's OK!

Too much of something is never good. Besides to push and push, the boss use various motivation to make the job worthwile. I believe the toughest boss is yourself. I have enough with this spamming, put it at rest here.
