Đài phát thanh địa phương, trích lời một luật sư cho biết, tòa án đã ra phán quyết cho rằng, giáo sĩ Do Thái Mordechai Elon, 53 tuổi, đã 2 lần có những đụng chạm “không thích hợp” với một cậu bé vào năm 2005.

Elon công khai phủ nhận lời buộc tội và cho rằng những cáo buộc trên là sự “phỉ báng” đối với ông ta. Những người ủng hộ Elon thì cho rằng, có thể mọi người đã hiểu sai cách mà giáo sĩ Do Thái muốn an ủi, động viên học sinh.
