hình như em đã trót xoá nhầm 1 cái file nào đó hay đại loại thế=> ổ E ( ổ CD) của em ko chạy được nữa. Em đang dùng Win2k, ổ Cd Samsung 52X. Em cài lại Win2k trên máy, khi Add and remove hardware cái fần Samsung Cd thì nó báo "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)". Em ko biết tìm cái Drive thích hợp ở đâu cả. Giúp em với !!!

em nhầm thế nào í chứ,ổ Cd thì mấy cái win mơi đó dặc biệt cái win200o ko cần cài tự động nhận mà,em xem lại
nó đi,đèn bào thế nào?? cáp có hỏng ko? em tháo ra rồi lắp lại xem
chon kick chuột phải vào icon my computer rồi chọn cái properties đi,sang bên divece managẻ i'
xoa' nó đi rồi refesh lại xem sao nha
