September 13 Session Topic - Debating
Topic 1: Flying lantern has been a tra***ional practice for Vietnamese for many years. It''s has many tra***ional values. New regulations has forbid this kind of practices, causing many troubles for the lantern maker and raising the question, whether the government had made a mistake by doing so? Do you agree or disagree with this new regulation.
