Here is a question in Cambridge IE 2 which I no way figure out the key:
Name the three broad areas which relate to people''s health, according to the socio-ecological view of health
Excerpt from the text:"...health is being viewed also in terms of the social, economic and environmental contexts..."
    Key:social,economic,environmental
I thought they might be nouns so ''Society, economy, environment'' were my answer.
It make no sense, give me a explanation, please.Trillion thank

This guy''s question, I think, is why the answers to the question at hand, "... name 3 areas...", so to speak, should be given as adjectives and not nouns. More specifically, why should they be "social, economic and environmental" rather than "society, economy and environment". If my memory still serves, this question, which comes from an IELTS practice test, asks the reader to first read the whole passage for main ideas, then to find specific information as subtly given in the text. The passage is on some of the areas, 3 of which are implied to be of more significance. Therefore, the question, at the end of the passage, asks the reader to pinpoint such 3 main areas that were discussed in the text. The question here is, as the guy wonders, whether he should give the nouns or the adjectives, or to be more exact, whether he should provide "society, economy and environment" as answers to the question in issue, or he should make them all adjective, and why.
It''s rather tricky to explain the situation. Thus it''s better to, say, give one type of the IELTS reading questions analogous to the question the guy has tried to answer.
For example: From the passage, please name 3 key areas that are mentioned as XXX, so to say.
And as the type of questions goes:
    Question 32).............................
    Question 33)................................
    Question 34)...............................
So he''s wondering if he should given each of the answers, which he found from the passage, in the form of adjectives or in the form of nouns in the blanks.
The question is from an IELTS practice test and therefore it''s by no means in Vietnamese.

To welcome_to_oblivion:Don''t call me guy.I somehow dislike this.
Good memory! It comes from IE test, but 3 areas which I mentioned belong to only one question.
That''s what I concern. If I recall correctly,I have ever changed the word form in IE test. Thus,I''m very surprised at the key above. Can you work it out for me?Thanks in advance.

To tnlt: why don''t you like being called ''guy''? It''s quite a normal word, having no wicked meaning at all. You always hear people say "Hey guys, what''s up", don''t you? I think welcome_to_oblivion doesn''t have any bad intention
To bookshunter: the latter sentence "he is being very naughty" sounds awkward to me, indeed. This structure is used to describe sth in passive voice, which is not suitable in this case. However, the speaker might well want to emphasize the fact.

    Below is my input
    (1) My boy is very naughty
The speaker wishes to show you that his or her boy is very naughty as a fact (such as the house is very cold in winter as opposed to the house is very warm in summer).
    (2) My boy is being very naughty
The speaker wishes to show you a continuous situation that his or her boy is now naughty and such naughtiness is lasting for a whilst.
In conclusion, the former is a fact and there is no emphasis on the continuity of the action whilst there is an emphasis on the latter.

pls excuse me for exemplifying the subtle difference between the 2 uses in Vietnamese.

Not at all. Progressive tense is used to express the temporariness of the behaviour. In other words, it highlights that he is naughty for the time being only. Normally and usually, he is not.
