On 23rd December in lunar calendar, each Vietnamese family cleans the kitchen and offers a farewell ceremony for kitchen gods to go up to heaven palace(27). Our grandparents tell that kitchen gods will report to the king of heaven about family through last year(28). Vietnamese people tra***ionally grant freedom to some fishes in order to help the kitchen gods go to the heaven easily(29). At this day, every family will have meal together then they will have last days prior Tet to prepare for it(30).
People will decorate and clean their house with a common belief that a clean house will prevent the owners from bad things and bring lucky things(31)… Some people still repaint their house(32). They often decorate their house with a cheerful and warm feeling. (33)Most family even put peach at their living room because it is the symbol of new beginning year(34).Besides they still purchase something to prepare for tet such as: foods, cakes and candies, new fortune,etc because during Tet holidays there are few shops opened. (35)
Tet is also the most exciting period with children because they will be purchased new clothes and shoses by their parents(36). Maybe, everybody is the same thinking that hope to have something new in new year (37).
And it’s certainly when I tell you of new year’s eve(39). It’s the last day in year. At this day, everyone often finish almost their works such as: purchasing, decorating and cleaning, new clothes, paying their debt,etc.(40) Some families still pack square sticky cake, they take it out for the new year meal and welcome new year together.(41) At the new year’s eve moment ,fireworks will be shooted up in the sky.(42) I often see it with my father on the our home terrace then we wish something good for our family in new year together and hope they come true(43).And my mother will make an offering open-air ceremony to welcome kitchen gods come back our kitchen from heaven palace as well as all gods and our acestors(44). Then all my family members will have a small party to welcome new year together(45). New year’s eve is the most sacred time of the year(46).
In my hometown, at the first day of new year, everybody come to the other home to send their wishes to the master of the house and else(47). They wish health,so much luckiness and happiness for this year(48). And younger people will be received lucky money from older people(49). An unforgetable thing that every household will make offers: foods, wine, fruits, cake and burn incense to Acestors(50). May be, each people has the same feeling that happy and cheerful in this days(51).

Một số người có ý kiến cho rằng chính phủ nên chỉ tiêu tiền cho ý tế và giáo dục mà không nên tiêu cho rạp hát hay sân vận động.Bạn đồng ý hay không đồng ý?
Việc tiền Ngân sách đi đâu là một vấn đề được quan tâm lớn trong công chúng nói chung. Một số người biện hộ rằng chính phủ nên đầu tư cho những ngành mang lại những lợi ích nhìn thấy được và ngay lập tức cho công chúng,như hệ thống y tế hay giáo dục,trong khi một số ý kiến đối lập cho rằng một số công trình đô thị cỡ lớn như sân vận động hay rạp hát cũng rất đáng để chính phủ đầu tư.Theo ý kiến của tôi,khả năng duy trì bởi hai ý kiến có thể dung hòa và chính phủ có thể kết hợp ngân sách để đáp ứng nhu cầu của cả hai.
Y tế là rất cần thiết cho sự thịnh vượng về kinh tế và xã hội của một đất nước,đặc biệt là một đất nước kém phát triển. Cả những kiến thức thực tiễn và những nghiên cứu học thuật đều cho rằng xây dựng một hệ thống giáo dục trên khắp đất nước và xóa bỏ nạn mù chữ có thể dọn đường cho sự phát triển kinh tế.Khi được tiếp nhận sự giáo dục,trẻ em từ những hộ gia đình nghèo có thể rũ bỏ nghèo đói và leo lên những bậc thang cao trong xã hội để sống tốt hơn hẳn. Giáo dục cũng đảm bảo cho công dân có được việc làm và thu nhập thường xuyên,nhờ đó có thể suy trì và cải thiện tình trạng tiêu chuẩn sống của họ. Trên một đất nước nói chung,giáo dục được gắn liền bởi lực lượng lao động có tay nghề và năng suất cao,ảnh hưởng đến cả nguồn sử dụng và sản lượng quốc gia.
Sự can thiệp của chính phủ vào dịch vụ y tế và chăm sóc sức khỏe cũng được khuyến cáo nhiều.Những dịch vụ y tế có sẵn vừa túi tiền là dấu hiệu cho sự phát triển về xã hội và kinh tế của một đất nước. Bằng việc đáp ứng những nhu cầu của con người trong dịch vụ y tế,đất nước có thể truyền lòng trung thành cho công dân của mình. Con người sẽ cảm thấy an tâm sống và làm việc trong một đất nước nơi mà họ có một dịch vụ chăm sóc y tế khi thất nghiệp,ốm đau,bị thương hoặc nghỉ hưu. Bằng việc so sánh trên, nếu họ không đủ khả năng để chi trả cho những khoản phí cao khi phải nhập viện nội hay ngoại trú hoặc mua thuốc,họ sẽ có ít khả năng yêu thích cuộc sống của mình. Thậm chí tính đoàn kết dân tộc có thể bị giảm sút.
Mặc dù dịch vụ y tế và giáo dục là điều kiện cơ bản cho sự phát triển và ổn định của một đất nước,nhưng cũng không thể nói rằng rạp hát hay sân vận động thể thao không phải là điều đáng thực hiện. Trong thứ bậc của nhu cầu con người,những nhu cầu như thức ăn,chỗ ở và sức khỏe là nhu cầu cơ bản. Nhưng sau khi những mục tiêu đó đã đạt được,con người chuyển sang những khát vọng cao hơn như về các lĩnh vực giả trí và sáng tạo. Ngành giải trí như sân vận động hay hay rạp hát đã thỏa mãn nhu cầu con người trong lĩnh vực này.Một trận đấu giữa quê hương của một người nào đó với một đội khách có thể nâng cao nhân thức của con người về niềm tự hào dân tộc và tinh thần đoàn kết dân tộc. Rạp hát có thể mang lại sự thỏa mãn về nghệ thuật cho mọi người.
Kết luận lại,quyết định đầu tư vào rạp hát hay sân vận động thể thao phụ thuộc vào tình trạng tài chính của một đất nước. Khi nền kinh tế phát triển,việc bắt đầu đầu tư cho sáng tạo và giải trí là hợp lý.
