Các bác đoán mò hay nhỉ. Lấy cái TiVi ra làm chuẩn để so sánh thì mấy thằng châu Phi mặc khố cầm lao suốt ngày chạy lông bông hò hét quanh đống lửa nó đã ngồi trên đầu các bác ở cái danh sách trên kia rồi.
Cái bảng trên kia nó dựa vào sự so sánh thu nhập bình quân của người dân với lại giá cả của những thứ thiết yếu nhất để họ có thể sống theo một tiêu chuẩn nào đó(cũng là do cái thằng làm cái bảng đấy nghĩ ra), ví dụ như thức ăn(rau gạo thịt), thức uống(chai nước khoáng hay tiền nước sinh hoạt đô thị) rồi thì giá điện, cước điện thoại, giáo dục...vv..
Bác nào ở trên tính ra bình quân thu nhập Hanoi 300usd thì em cũng vái. 300USD chắc bố bác, mẹ bác kiếm, chỉ là số ít thôi chứ bác cứ ra chợ rau láng gần nhà em mà xem. Mấy bà bán rau ở ngay cái xóm đấy, mịa, bán kịch bán kèo mỗi mớ lãi được vài trăm đồng, cả ngày bán được hết sọt rau là cười tươi như hoa rồi. Được vài chục ngàn là quý, lấy đâu ra tiền triệu như bác nói. Còn lương cán bộ công nhân viên chức như anh zai em cả tháng chỉ được ngót ba trăm rưởi thôi bác ạ. Bác đừng nói triệu, em tủi, bác nhé.

Theo tui thì cái bảng ấy là về giá đất thì có lẽ đúng hơn đấy .
Hongkong và Tokyo là 2 thành phố có giá đất rất đắt đỏ vì đất chật người đông.
Hiện tại giá đất ở Hà Nội đang tăng lên và mắc hơn ở Sài Gòn , giá đất ở Sài Gòn cũng rất là cao nữa . Nên có thể nói bản ấy hoàn toàn hợp lý về nhà đất.
Giá một căn nhà mặt tiền ở Sài Gòn còn cao hơn giá một căn nhà bên Canada này rất nhiều mà

With New York as the base city scoring 100 points, Tokyo scored 126.1 points and is almost three-and-a-half times costlier than Asuncion, which has an index of 36.5 points.
