If you look carefully at the above picture, and compare it to the satellite imagery of the Vietnamese Yugo submarine, you will notice that it''s at the exact same peer at Cam Ranh naval base. It is probable that the I-SILC is the small boat moored directly opposite the Yugo in the satellite imagery, and that the ship moored to its rear is a tender/mothership.

Thằng Tây viết bài này chuẩn không cần chỉnh. Nhầm nhọt một chút có lẽ tại chú không biết tiếng Việt nên không biết M-96 là tên của cả đoàn chứ không phải tên riêng của con SILC.
Chỉ sầu một cái rõ ràng là đồ nhà, ảnh của nhà post từ đời nào mà không ai mò ra được. Cuối cùng để một thằng Tây nó chỉ cho.

cái nhà xưởng X-XX gì đó xây xong rồi, sắp đóng 8 con Molniya 1241.8 rồi ... chỉ không biết khi nào xong ! có lẽ 16-20 tháng nữa xong 8 em.
còn Ghẻ 2 con tiếp cấu hình XXX các bác có ý kiến gì ko ?
