The first issue that we always care about is money and what the best way to gain cash is. Almost of us when answering that question follow the tra***ional way, finding a job from a company or so-called being hired.But the others make that more interesting by showing the way they become the boss and create money, even make money work for them! Apparently, the first solution is classical and you can base on knowledge from a university to become a high quality employee. Notwithstanding, to reach the position of a boss, we cannot search on any university or somewhere else, definitely, only from you. Eventually, let’s think about the above problem, what you choose: employer or employee.

Suggested question:
1. Do you have a job? Does it satisfy you? If you hire yourself, means, doing your own business and have some employees work for you, tell us the beginning time and how it works now?
2. All over the world, a lot of people succeeded in opening their own business but some did not. Do you know some examples?

FIRE SAFETY​

Fire safety is always a “hot topic”, especially, the first days of June 2013 with the fire at a petrol station on Tran Hung Dao Street (near by 108 hospital). Apparently, petrol stations are deemed to be unsafe underthis event.“The blaze, which lasted for five hours, injured 10 fire fighters, three petrol station workers and two residents living next to the station. Losses are estimated at nearly VND10 billion (US$476,000). An initial investigation showed the petrol station violated a number of fire prevention regulations, including restocking petrol supplies at noon and other safety con***ions.” (Source: Dantri). What can we do to stop that terrible situation?

PROSTITUTION LEGALIZATION​

The topic of prostitution legalization, which was proposed to Vietnamese government few months ago, has attracted numerous concerns from communists, policy makers, woman organizations, and even individuals. Some approve it since it will protect prostitutes from unfairness of income and human rights; whilst others dispute that *** slave might be encouraged once this policy comes to effect.
On the other hand, legalization of prostitute and its consequences are varied between countries. Germany approves prostitution and brothels, where prostitutes are managed and supervised. Likewise, most of European Union nations accept prostitution, but brothels since they increase human trafficking rates. In contrast, prostitution is illegal in Thailand, but in practice it is tolerated and partly regulated, and the country is a destination for *** tourism. Such situations are common in many Asian countries. Seriously,child prostitution is a serious problem in this region, which needs more management from governments.

WAYS TO BE A PART OF VBIZ

All of us know that the developing entertainment industry extremely attracts a wide range of youth who want to become famous stars.In Vietnam, some people use their talents to get a position in showbiz, earn money for their lives or at least make audiences remember them. This way can be a good choice even though they need time, money, especially efforts and patience to overcome a number of challenges. Sometimes, if luck doesn’t come, they still have to face much failure.On the other hand, other people abuse making ***ual vlogs (video blogs), clips, music videos, etc., and then post them on social network. They speak some shocking words in interviews or wear kinds of clothes which can help them show their hot bodies, etc. By such ridiculous ways, they try to make impression on people without shame and respect from the others. What do you think about above thing? Which is better?

CHINA FOOD​

Foods from China is not a new topic with anyone of us, we both know that most products imported from China are either toxic or containing low quality, especially nutrition.And the problem is now more serious when Chinese food (including, but not limited to, fruits, vegetables, meats, spices, etc…) seems to be distributed more and more in our markets, though government has paid much effort on blocking its supply chain. Likewise, the media has warned their audience everyday but this food can still break through all the protection fences then be well-sold publicly by Vietnamese merchants.
There has been a thought that China is a sinister and dangerous neighbor. They don’t want to give a sudden death to their enemies; but create more social burdens or a slow death. And it seems like they are about to do it with us!

Questions
1. In this topic I don’t want to discuss more about china foods because I believe we have already known it. I want to focus more on the root of china food distributed throughout our markets. Why does it happen?
2. Do you agree with me that many Vietnamese merchants are helping China murder our people? These people become a bridge helping these dirty food flows function properly.

ELECTRICITY PRICE

Apparently, there are quite a few kinds of cost for which we must pay to remain our lives. Unfortunately, almost of us do not satisfy with them due to the ridiculous price level of electricity, petrol, water, internet, TV cable… In the time of economic crisis like present, we are really feel sick of them, leading to the highly demand of escaping this trouble. Notwithstanding, it seems to be no way for us when the National Financial Supervisory Commission announced that If the inflation rate is kept stable electricity prices may increase by 15% this year. How can we deal with this hurdle?

1. Can you show your own costs in a month about: petrol, electricity, renting house, water, school fee, food, internet, clothes…? Does your income take over your monthly cost? Have you ever been in the status of lacking money?

2. When hearing about the rising price of electricity, how do you feel? When the price is higher, our Government can have more money to deal with other issues like unemployment, poverty, pollution… But do you think they are effective solutions?

The high price of electricity also means that we must reduce an amount of electricity consumption, so, saving our world by minimizing the deforestation, our limited resources like gas, coal in creating electricity. Nevertheless, our modern life extremely requires electricity in order to light, produce goods,and run high-class equipment or decoration, etc. How to deal with this inconsistency?​

Women and Self-Defense​

Many women fear that they will be the victim of a violent or ***ual assault. Tragically, this scares reality. In present, women all over the world are easy targets for crimes. Therefore, women need to know how to be self-defense with such dangerous situations, especially in a ***ual attack.
Statistics from several major investigations done in last 20 years showed that approximately 70% of women who fight back during the rape. The real percentage varies from study to study, but the vast majority of studies indicate that some levels of active resistances improve women’s chances of avoiding ***ual assault, and even reduce ad***ionally physical violence (such as beatings or abuse) for them in comparison with the otherswho do not react.
The resistances can be classified in the following ways:
- Non-forceful verbal resistance (crying, leading, reasoning, etc.)
- Forceful verbal resistance (yelling and screaming)
- Non-forceful physical reaction (running)
- Forceful physical reaction (fighting back)
Of course, there are no guarantees. Even if the percentage quoted above (70%) is true, the rest are still in danger.

Marriage to foreigners​

Some years ago, marriage to foreigners was a hot trend and many intermarriages have come into being, mostly between Vietnamese women and foreign men. Some people think that getting this kind of marriage is really interesting and good for the next generation while others believe that it can break your life, your marriage because of many obstacles.
Although different languages leads to a lot of difficulties in communication and varied conflicts in their life, for instance, eating habit, ways of dressing, social behavior and even way of educating their children…, to overcome they are must really and deeply in love. But it is not easy like that. As we can see in the statistic of divorce, the rank is high.
In fact, some Vietnamese ladies get married to foreigners not only for true love but for a comfortable life abroad and sometimes for the money. Beside that, plenty of Vietnamese women are treated very badly and even are deceived by their foreign husbands and husbands’ families, more dangerously, some were killed or had to commit suicide.

THE REALITY OF FRESH AND INEXPERIENCED GRADUATES IN VIETNAM​

Appearing few months ago on the newspapers, the topic of the real situation of fresh and inexperienced graduated students has created a 40-degree fever around forums, social networks. Using witty words added satire language with a sense of humor, the poem did portray realistically about unemployment situation of Vietnamese graduates. Due to being out of work, they have to accompany with manual jobs which usually are not related to what they have studied in universities. It is still challenging even for top-university graduates, such as Construction, Foreign Language, Foreign Trade, Technology, Journalism and so on, which people hardly ever question about their chances of having a job.

On the other hand, even when fresh graduates are hired by a company, because of lacking experience, they usually have to cope with many problems such as: labor abuse or being
disrespectful.

Work – Life Balance: Stress​

It is complained that people live in the industrious society with the lack ofspiritual value. We are nothing but people are trapped in “too busy” cycle. People work, rest, sleep, and then another cycle begins. There is no special thing happening because we are too busy to think. Consequently, stress comes as a result of an unchanged, tedious and monotonous lifestyle.
