You can go to this website to learn more about *** offenders and the reason that people want the government to force the *** offenders registry and alert local law enforcement of their presence in the community .

*** offenders always live in our community after being released from prisons. Constitution does not allow local government band *** offenders from living in their house. States can only require *** offendersâ?T registration at the police department. That is not enough. State should make *** offenders be labeled, so parents and neighborhoods can know. *** offenders should post large and highly visible signs declaring their *** offenders past on the out side of their home. It will keep *** offenders from further crimes, provide parents and neighborhoods information they must know, and increase public safety.
Firstly, being label will prevent *** offenders from another *** crime. The visible signs will remind *** offenders of their bad past. It does not mean they have to live with their past; it only remind them not to do wrong things again. If they see that sign everyday, they will know the price of their *** crimes. They had to pay several years in prisons, and now they are labeled. Surely, they will not want to do it again. Moreover, the big, visible signs will protect people around *** offenders. Simply, when *** offenders intend to commit a crime, they seem to try to invite the victims to their house. When the victims come to *** offendersâ?T house, they will see the sign and realize the truth about their host. Then they will prepare to protect themselves, just in case. If the victims keep that in mind, they will keep the distance with *** offenders and give *** offenders no chance to do what they have intended to do.
Secondly, communityâ?Ts members have right to know information about *** offenders. *** offenders have to register with the police, but not everybody can come to the police department everyday to check out the *** offendersâ?T list. It is difficult to keep in touch and it may too late when parents and neighborhood hear about *** offenders. It is easy to labeled *** offenders, so people will know about *** offenders immediately. *** offenders should hang the big sign telling that they have *** offendersâ?T record. It is necessary and it should be enforced by local government.
At last, if states apply a strict law for *** offenders, that law will increase public safety. Bad people who intend to commit *** crime will see the consequence. They will be labeled. There will be a sign in front of their house saying they are *** offenders. That will be embarrassing for themselves as well as for their family. Most parents want to educate their children about ***ual abuse, but they don't know how. The law will give parents more information to educate their children better. This information is not intended to create alarm or panic; it will inform citizens and enhance community safety and awareness. Definitely, the law will make community a safer place to live.
Maureen Kanka, the mother of the 7 years old girl, Megan, who was raped and murdered by a twice-convicted *** offender who lives next door, said she had not known about her neighborâ?Ts past. Labeling *** offenders is necessary. That helps government keep track on *** offenders better. Moreover, parents will have change to keep their children from evil people, protect their child rent better and better. The community will live in harmony and safety.

"Let the one who is sinless cast the first stone."
I don't understand what's the rage for *** offenders nowadays. Okay, what they did was bad, they hurted people. But, they served their crime, now just leave them alone. People made mistakes, and I believe that they should be given a chance to built a new life. Screening them out to the public like that is like punishing them all over again, and that will give them no hope to return to normal live. And for what? protection for children? Please, protect them from your relatives and friends, they're the ones who have higher rates to commit crimes toward childrens.
I have an idea too, how about let's be fair and put a sign for everybody who out of prisons like, "hey, i was a murderer", "hey, i was a thief", "hey, i was a gang member", "hey, I was a drunk and drive", "hey, i sold cocaine in highschool, and now that i want to change my ways, those unforgiving bastards won't let me do that."
And with such examples for kids, people now asking why the world nowaday is such a cruel and harsh place.
Maybe not a good thesis, just a different perspective to think about.

***ual abuse like that happens a lot, especially in school. Victims are usually female students, and, apparently, ***ual criminals are male teachers. At many schools, background checking of applicants who apply for teaching positions is required.

yeah, In Hiphop and Rap songs, they use alot of slangs as well as bad words. Black likes it, You know what, right now, I still have some problem with understading Black people. I don't feel comfortable to listent to them. Do not know why, but they talk really fast and differently.
