Đ Trojans (Virus name: Troj_xxx)
Trojans (Virus name: Troj_xxx)
Trojans are programs that perform unexpected or unauthorized, usually malicious, actions such as displaying messages, erasing files, or formatting disks. Trojans do not infect files, thus cleaning is not necessary. Trend Micro recommends deleting Trojans.
To remove a Trojan, run Damage Cleanup Services.
Worms
A computer worm is a self-contained program (or set of programs) that is able to spread functional copies of itself or its segments to other computer systems. The propagation usually takes place via network connections or email attachments. Worms cannot be cleaned because the file is a self-contained program. The recommended action for worms is to delete the file."
Infected files on write-protected disks
When cleaning an infected file on a write-protected disk, you need to remove the write-protection to allow OfficeScan to clean the file.
Password-protected files
OfficeScan cannot clean infected files that are password-protected (for example, password-protected compressed files or password-protected Microsoft Word files). You need to remove the password protection for OfficeScan to clean these files.
Backup files (RB0 files)
Files with the RB0~RB9 extensions are backup copies of infected files. OfficeScan creates a backup of the infected file in case the virus damaged the file during the cleaning process.
If OfficeScan was able to clean the infected file successfully, you do not need to keep the backup copy. If your system is functioning normally, you may delete the backup file.
Infected files in the Recycle Bin
OfficeScan may not be able to remove infected files in the Recycle Bin because the system is running.
To delete infected files in the Recycle Bin:
Đ For machines running Windows NT/2000/XP/Server 2003 with NTFS File System:
1. Log on the computer with Administrator privilege.
2. Close all running applications to prevent applications from locking the file, which would make Windows unable to delete it.
3. Open the command prompt, and type the following to delete the files:
cd cd recycled
del *.* /S
The last command deletes all files in your Recycle Bin.
Đ For machines running other Operating Systems (or NT platforms without NTFS):
1. Restart the computer in MS-DOS mode.
2. Open the command prompt, and type the following to delete the files:
cd cd recycled
del *.* /S
The last command deletes all files in your Recycle Bin.
3. Restart your computer in normal mode.
Infected files in Windows Temp folder or IE temporary folder
OfficeScan may not be able to clean infected files in the Windows Temp folder or the Internet Explorer temporary folder because your system is using them. The files you are trying to clean may be temporary files needed for Windows operation.
To delete infected files in the Windows Temp folder:
Đ For machines running Windows NT/2000/XP/Server 2003 with NTFS File System:
1. Log on the computer with Administrator privilege.
2. Close all running applications to prevent applications from locking the file, which would make Windows unable to delete it.
3. Open the command prompt and go to the Windows Temp folder (located at C:\WindowsTemp for Windows XP/Server 2003 machines and at C:\WinNTTemp for Windows NT/2000 machines by default).
4. Type the following to delete the files:
cd temp
attrib -h

Riêng diệt trojan thì em nên dùng phần mềm chuyên diệt nó sẽ hiệu quả hơn, chẳng hạn như trojanhunter chẳng hạn. Nhưng hiện giờ máy em đã bị nhiễm nặng thế thì có cài chương trình diệ vi rus cũng vô ích. Em thử làm cách này xem nhé, đó là cài bản diệt trojan vào một máy người nào đó còn sạch virus sau đó update phần mềm đảm bảo nó là bản mới nhất, rồi đấu ổ cứng vào mà diệt là hiệu quả nhất. Sau đó làm tương tự như vậy để cài một phần mềm nào có "máu mặt" một tý rồi cập nhật để quyét những virus khác, cho sạch rồi cài lại win đi. Chứ dung BK chẳng ăn nhàm gì đâu, nó chủ yếu diệt virus nội thôi. Chúc thành công nhé

Thứ nhất nó phá không cho tớ vào bất kể chương trình nào văn phòng ( Word , Excel, hay photoshop ...bất kể chương trình gì chết cứng rồi( máy ở cơ quan)
Thứ hai là truy cập internet rùa bò , ốc sên bò ..
Nhưng không sao vì tớ có nhiều máy tính ở cơ quan ,hỏng cái nọ chưa đùng dược tớ dùng cái khác.
Máy ở nhà thì vào được tất cả các chương trình nhưng có 8 con virus và diệt chết hết rồi đồng thời đi luôn ổ cứng .
Bây giờ máy chỉ nhận slaver không nhận master hic

Dùng kapersky là ổn!

Dùng Linux là ổn nhất.
Mấy năm rồi mới nhớ lại vấn đề lớn nhất của M$ là virus
