SAIGON, VIETNAM: Tired but happy VietCong soldiers take a cigarette break, in what ued to be the office of the President of South Vietnam. A big South Vietnamese flag made of lacquer is still behind the presidential desk. The palace was taken over by the liberation forces after President Duong Van (Big) Minh surrendered to the Communists earlier in the day.
