Certificate of Merit awarded to Tran Khac Bo by the Socialist Government of Vietnam in 1967.  Tran was a tax collector, located in the Gang Toi Hills by A Coy with some friends and carrying dollars, dong, watches, AK47s and a Tokarev automatic. Bằng khen thưởng cho Trần Khắc Bộ của Chính phủ Việt Nam xã hội chủ nghĩa 1967. Trần là một nhân viên thu thuế, bị A Coy và cộng sự phát hiện tại đồi Gang Toi, Trần mang theo đô la, tiền đồng, đồng hồ, một AK47s và 1 súng ngắn tự động Tokarev.
