sau khi gặp lỗi này, em đã uninstall toàn bộ WMP, thậm chí vào hẳn Crogram Files để xóa Windows Media Player nhưng ko xoá được
chỉ xoá được các file trong thư mục Crogram FilesWindows Media Player
nhưng ko xoá được thư mục Windows Media Player, vừa xoá sạch các file trong đó xong thì máy lại tự tạo ra 1 loạt các file khác như trong hình sau

mấy lần liền đều như vậy
các bác bảo em phải làm sao bây giờ
có rất nhiều phần mềm khác để xem phim nhưng em thích vào ephim để xem cơ vì nhà em dùng thuê bao FPT.
Mà trang ephim thì lại automatic dùng Windows Media Player mới chết chứ

em đoán lỗi này là do thằng em họ em nó nghịch dại cài WMP 11, nó bắt phải acquire licence. Mà Windows nhà em thì lấy đâu ra licence chứ
các bác đừng bắt em phải cài lại Win nhé

Lỗi trên có thể do em của bác Change cái Windows media 11 vào, không phải cài cái Media 11 nó đòi bản quyền là do bác xài SP1, bác phải nâng cấp lên SP2 thì mới cài được media 11.

Đó đó! do cái đó ! Microsoft khuyến khích lên dùng WMP tích hợp sẵn trong Win. Mà Windows cậu xài là hàng chùa ( nếu là bản xịn thì dùng WMP 11 đỉnh lun ). Khi cậu dùng Media 11 thì Họ đòi cậu update Windows nhưng cậu phải Windows Genuine Advantage (wga) chứ gì. Hế hế, do cái thằng Me 11 kia ko tương thích với cái bản WSP2 của cậu thôi.

Rolling back to a previous version of the Player
Windows Media Player is a feature of the Windows operating system and cannot be removed entirely. However, in Windows XP, you can roll back to the version of the Player that was previously on your computer.
You must be logged on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group to perform the following procedure.
1.
Disconnect any portable music or video devices that might be attached to your computer.
2.
Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
3.
In the Category View of Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs, and then click Remove a program.
4.
Click Windows Media Player 11, and then click Remove.
If Windows Media Player 11 is not displayed in the list of currently installed programs, then try the following:
1.
At the top of the list, select the Show updates check box.
2.
In the Windows XP - Software Updates section, click Windows Media Player 11, and then click Change/Remove.
5.
In each of the two confirmation dialog boxes that appear, click OK.
6.
When the rollback process is complete (it might take several minutes), click Restart.
7.
Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
8.
In the Category View of Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs, and then click Remove a program.
9.
Click Windows Media Format 11 Runtime, and then click Remove.
If Windows Media Format 11 Runtime is not displayed in the list of currently installed programs, then try the following:
1.
At the top of the list, select the Show updates check box.

In the Windows XP - Software Updates section, click Windows Media Format 11 Runtime, and then click Change/Remove.

If the Wudf01000 confirmation dialog box appears, click Yes to continue. When the software removal process is complete (it might take several minutes to complete), click Finish.
Cái hướng dẫn remove WMP11 đấy mà, em lấy cái đoạn ấy ra tóm tắt thôi nhé.
1. Bác vào Add and remove Program, chọn WMP11--> bấm remove
Nếu nó không hiện ra cái WMP11 thì bác kéo lên trên cùng, check vào nút Show update rồi vào group của Windows XP - Software Updates mà tìm để remove
Complete rồi thì restart
2. Bác vào Add and remove Program, tìm cái [Windows Media Format 11 Runtime] và nhấn Remove nó đi.
Sẽ có một cửa sổ hiện ra hỏi han, bác chọn vào "Do you want to continue with the rollback?" rồi bấm OK.
Restart.
3. Lại vào " Add and remove Program", bác remove cái "Microsoft User-Mode Driver Framework Feature Pack 1.0.0" đi.
